BUFFALO — There’s nothing worse than going on the road in the playoffs, beating the opponent in every statistical category and losing the freakin’ game!!! Well playas…the Indianapolis Colts did just that on Saturday.

It was called missed opportunities all day long. When the smoke finally cleared the Bills, who hadn’t won a playoff game in 25 years were walking out of the joint with a 27-24 victory to advance.

The Colts won the time of possession battle 34:17 vs. 25:43. They had more first downs, was better at third down efficiency and blasted them in total yards. They even ran the football better, almost doubling them up and it didn’t matter a bit. They still loss the game.

However, when it came to capitalizing on points in the red zone they wet the freakin’ bed like a infant drinking big gulp before going to sleep. Instead of kicking a field goal early in the first half they decided to go for it on fourth down. It was way too early in the contest to gamble like that. Always take the points and live to see another play.

Those three points would have allowed them to get into the break up 13-7 instead of being down 14-10. That small shift changes the complexity of the ball game going forward.

Well it is what it is. Frank Reich and Co. did an outstanding job this season winning 11 games. Colts fans can’t be mad at the output. See you in the offseason. Holla At Ya Boy!
