LeBron blasts Daryl Morey for putting the league, players and coaches in a bad situation in China! “Trick Bag”

LOS ANGELES — Now that the Los Angeles Lakers are back from their trip in China. LeBron is finally voicing his frustrations of how Daryl Morey’s tweet put the players and the league in jeopardy while they were there. Speaking to the media for the first time since the incident before the Lakers squared off against the Golden State Warriors at the Staples Center on Monday night. LeBron says he believes that Morey “wasn’t educated” on the situation before sending out the tweet.

“I don’t want to get into a [verbal] feud with Daryl Morey, but I believe he wasn’t educated on the situation at hand, and he spoke. And so many people could have been harmed not only financially, physically, emotionally, spiritually. So just be careful what we tweet and say and we do, even though, yes, we do have freedom of speech, but there can be a lot of negative that comes with that, too.”

He goes on to say, “I believe he was either misinformed or not really educated on the situation, and if he was, then so be it. I have no idea, but that is just my belief. Because when you say things or do things, if you are doing it and you know the people that can be affected by it and the families and individuals and everyone that can be affected by it, sometimes things can be changed as well. And also social media is not always the proper way to go about things as well, but that’s just my belief.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Like I’ve been saying for the past week. Daryl Morey put the entire NBA in a trick bag when he tweeted his feelings on the Hong Kong situation. He especially put all of the players and coaches that were in China in a seriously cautious situation. They were in a Communist state that was upset with them at the time. They were foreigners in a country that could dictate whether they stay or go at any time. If someone would have spoken out they could have been arrested and jailed etc.

Again, like I keep saying, you can’t go to someone else’s house and tell them what to do. Especially in a communist country. What Morey did was extremely irresponsible and he put everybody on that trip in danger. Not to mention all of the bread he just cost the NBA.

The players nor Adam Silver could speak on it while they were on the trip because they could have gotten jammed up and not allowed to leave. That’s what most folks don’t understand. It was a very intense situation and all boyz wanted to do was shoot some hoop and get back to their families.

You can’t hold a foreign country accountable for what we believe is the right way to live. China isn’t a democratic state and it’s not up to our players and teams to tell them how to operate just because they’re going business with them.

There were tons of people screaming that LeBron and others should have spoken up for Morey while on that trip. LeBron isn’t crazy!! He and others were thinking about one thing playa, trying to get back to the crib. They don’t live in China. They live in America where you’ve got the freedom of speech. Freedoms that are given to us by the Constitution of the United States. That isn’t America and they don’t live there.

Again, Morey put everybody in a trick bag and I’m glad LeBron said it in so many words now that the teams are back. Stop me when I start lyin’!
