All of the Alabama faithful are waking up this morning to the world rejoicing that they loss the Iron Bowl on Saturday night to rival Auburn 48-45. Folks all over the college football world are singing and dancing in the streets not because Alabama is so good but because Alabama is so shady.
They are the cats that already have the players to compete for a national title every year because they’re able to recruit as well as anyone. They’ve got the facilities, the coaches and the tradition to be in the hunt EVERY year. However, they’re the guy that sneaks into the casino and counts the cards before it opens, then comes back and beats the house the next day. Then brags that he’s better than everyone else.
Every year Bama is playing for a national title whether they deserve to play for it or not. Because they’ve figured out how to scam the system and the cats watching the surveillance cameras turn the other way. They get away with it because they can. ESPN wants ratings and they they own the SEC Network. You do the math. It’s not until Alabama actually loses two games do they stop them at the front door.
Oh I’m talking crazy? During this entire Nick Saban era the Crimson Tide has hid in Tuscaloosa playing 1-AA or mid-major teams during their non-conference schedule, They NEVER leave the confines of home to play another Power 5 program. They used to because I saw them come to Norman and get popped in 2003 and then host the Sooners in 2004 and get popped again. That wasn’t the formula for winning national title though.
The only time they will leave Tuscaloosa is when they agree to play on a neutral field in Atlanta or Dallas. That’s it. Don’t believe me? Pull up the schedules playa.
We all know that the hardest thing about playing big time college football is to go on the road and play at somebody else’s place. The environment is ridiculous playing on somebody else’s turf. However, Alabama has refused to do that under Saban and he’ll lie right to the media’s face and say that nobody wants to schedule them. Really Nick? That’s what we’re doing now?
We saw Clemson play Texas A&M in Week 2. They’ve got a home and away package set up with them. Oklahoma traveled to UCLA the same week and blasted the Bruins. Now the Alabama fan will say that UCLA’s trash so what’s the difference between Bama playing New Mexico State at home. Well playas…if there’s no difference why isn’t Bama scheduling UCLA at UCLA? We’ve seen OU play Notre Dame in South Bend. We’ve seen them go to Ohio State. We’ve seen Ohio State go to Oklahoma and Texas and Oregon in recent years. Why isn’t Alabama going to other Power 5 schools and playing?
I’ll tell you why playa, because they want to hustle the system on their tradition, not play a single game every year until that play LSU in November when they’re healthy. If you play NOBODY for 9 weeks then you’ve got a really good chance at being undefeated rolling into that game and LSU would be banged up by then. The only other game on the schedule is Auburn at the end of the season. So in essence, the Crimson Tide play two games a year and they don’t have to win them both to get into the College Football Playoff. They’ve just got to go 1-1 in those two match ups.
Even with a loss to LSU after playing a weak schedule and not even playing in their conference title game the media was doing everything in their power to put Bama into the Playoff. It wasn’t until they loss to Auburn that boyz started turning their backs on them.
That’s why they never play a real Power 5 game on a true home and away agreement. They can’t take the chance of losing a game before running into the two games on the schedule that they could lose (LSU and Auburn). They just happened to get caught this year. Normally they’ll drop one of those games and still get into the Playoff even if they don’t play for their conference title. Scam artists at best bruh but it works!!! They were in this year had they beaten Auburn. Nobody EVER questions this foolishness because the network wants them in.
It’s a darn shame that everybody else has to run the table or win their conference title outright in order to even be considered when Bama can lose a game and not even play in their conference title game and win a national title. Oh I’m lyin”? They did it a few years ago.
AND PLEASE DON’T TELL ME THAT IT’S BECAUSE THEIR IN THE SEC!!! Alabama plays in the SEC West!! The only teams in the West are Bama, LSU and Auburn. They just loss to the other two good teams on that side of the fence. Ole Miss, Miss State, Texas A&M and Arkansas are terrible. Texas A&M was a perinnial doormat in the Big 12 and then came to the SEC and played for a SEC title within it’s first couple of years in the conference. Stop it.
So you can understand why folks are happy this morning that the wicked witch is dead this playoff season. If they would play a real schedule every year folks would have more respect for them. I dare them to play at Ohio State or Michigan or Notre Dame or Oklahoma or Texas or even Wisconsin for crying out loud. Remember a couple of years ago when LSU finally left the south and went up to Madison, Wisconsin and got popped by the Badgers? Remember that?
It’a a little more difficult to go undefeated when you play a real schedule and actually have to travel to somebody else’s house and play. I would even respect them if they went to Michigan State and played in East Lansing or at Oklahoma State but they won’t.
I’ve go no respect for Alabama because they keep cheating the system that’s always set up for them to win. Thanks Auburn for doing everybody a favor now we don’t have to listen to the Bama foolishness for the rest of the year. Stop me when I start lyin’!
