Everybody and their baby’s momma, Uncle LeRoy and cousin Man-Man is excited for the start of the 2019 NFL season. So much so, that they’re talking out of the sides of their necks when it comes to the Cleveland Browns. Duns on TV and radio are literally saying that the Browns are Super Bowl contenders now that they’ve signed cats like Odell Beckham Jr. and Kareem Hunt to go along with Baker Mayfield.
Now all of a sudden they’re a Super Bowl contender? The Cleveland “darn” Browns? Stop with this foolishness. First of all, it’s Cleveland!! One of the worst ran franchises in all of sports. There is a culture in that building that is toxic and it has been for 50 years. There’s a losing culture that will take more that some unwanted cats to turn it around.
So now you’re telling me that players that were unwanted there before are going to just walk in and take them to the Super Bowl in year one? You sound crazy!!!! Teams don’t trade franchise players in their prime when they can help them win. I tried to tell Bears fans that when Jay Cutler was traded to the Windy City in his prime but they wouldn’t listen.
OBJ is an emotional wreck 90 percent of the time and he’s what you’re banking on to get you not only to the playoffs but to the freakin’ Super Bowl? Give me a break.
Yes, Baker Mayfield is a winner out of Oklahoma but he’s got his share of short tempered problems too. So you’re telling me that OBJ, the guy that will explode emotionally in a game on the sideline in a heartbeat, is going to jell with Baker with no problem. Yeah right.
All it’s going to take is for him to trip out on Baker in the huddle about getting the ball and those two will be on the ground wrestling.
Kareem Hunt was dismissed from Kansas City for abusing his own kid so he’s got issues that we haven’t even seen jump out of the birthday cake on the field yet. So we’re scrambling all of this foolishness together in the AFC and they’re a Super Bowl contender?
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Did the Patriots, Steelers, Colts, Ravens and Texans close up shop and stop playing football this season or something? The darn Browns are in the same division, the AFC North, with both the Steelers and Ravens. Are you kidding me? They won’t even make the playoffs let alone be a Super Bowl contender. Stop with this foolishness.
Look here bruh, be excited that they’ll win 5 or 6 games this year but stop talking crazy about them being any better than that. Stop me when I start lyin’!
