Steelers need to stop acting like they played harder because of a stupid t-shirt! “These New Cats”

PITTSBURGH — Everybody, their Uncle LeRoy and cousin Man-Man was trippin’ over Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens wearing the “Pittsburgh Started It” t-shirt. Ole boy was photographed while attending the Mr. Rogers biopic “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” on Friday night and boyz went NUTS!!!

So after the Steelers beat the Browns on Sunday 20-13 Pittsburgh’s players had much to say about it. Steelers left guard Ramon Foster wasn’t shy about what he thought of Kitchens actions. “I know that our coach never would have done anything like that. Why throw gas? When you do something like that, you throw your players in harm’s way. He’s not on the field. You throw your players in harm’s way when you do stuff like that with a vengeance. And I hate that for them.”

Really bruh? Is that what we’re doing now? So now the game of football isn’t an emotional game? Sports isn’t a trash talking game?  What you’re telling me is that a coach or player can’t talk noise before battle? These young cats are way too sensitive now days. Everybody’s overly sensitive and afraid to just keep it 100!!!

So what you’re trying to tell me Ramon Foster, is that if Kitchens hadn’t worn that shirt on Friday to the movies there wouldn’t have been a target on the Browns back? That’s what you’re telling me? If ole boy would have worn a Nike shirt instead you guys wouldn’t have played as hard as you played on Sunday? Really?

This is stupid that duns are acting like the shirt changed the game before the game even started. If it took Kitchens to wear a t-shirt for you to play harder then you need to be fired. The fact that you play for Pittsburgh should be motivation enough for you to play your guts out week to week. The fact that you play on anybody’s team means that you should play your heart out.

However, in this new day and age of the overly sensitive kid nobody can take a boy talking trash to them. Everybody’s feelings are protected and it’s a problem when a cat challenges the status quo. What was wrong with Kitchens talking a junk before the game. That’s what the game is all about. That’s hood Sports 101. If you aren’t talking you aren’t playing.

Now let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I thought the shirt was stupid because Myles Garrett started it by body slamming Mason Rudolph when they were up 14 points with 8 seconds left. That started it. Folks keep acting like Rudolph didn’t have a right to react to a dun doing too much when the game was clearly over. I would have kicked and fired on him too. Sure, Rudolph tried to pull his helmet off and because of that, if I were Garrett, I would have snatched ole boy’s hat off too. However, that would have been the end of it. Well…maybe I would have thrown it into the Dog Pound but that’s it.

Pittsburgh needs to grow some thicker skin and stop acting like Kitchens hurt they’re feelings by wearing a dumb shirt. C’mon playa…
