TORONTO — Big Momma always said, “Be careful who you talk trash too because they’re always taking notes.” Joel Embiid wasn’t running up and down the floor acting like an airplane on Tuesday night when the Raptors were putting that thang on he and his 76ers teammates as they beat the dog snot out of them 125-89.

Ole boy was on top of the world and all in his feelings a few games ago as he was showing out but he was as quiet as a church mouse in Game 5.

Toronto beat them so bad that Kawhi sat down with 7:22 left to play as they were up 103-73. Ole boy finished with a smooth 21 points and 13 rebounds. He shot 7 of 16 from the field and was 7 of 8 from the foul line.

Yeah…ole Embiid was sitting over there looking like somebody had stolen his bike but they let him keep his reflectors. I bet that dun won’t be running down the floor with his arms spread out on a boy anytime soon, if ever.

The Raptors jumped out of the whip in the second quarter and went to work on Philly. After a one point difference in the score in the first quarter. Toronto opened the can on these boyz scoring 37 points to only Philly’s 17 to open the flood gate. It was a disaster for the 76ers from that point on.

All five players from the Raptors scored in double figures taking the pressure off of Kawhi to put up crazy numbers again. In the first four games of the series he had put up 33 points or more in each. On Tuesday night he got crazy help so that he could sit down and rest up for Game 6. Pascal Siakam put up a smooth 25, Kyle Lowry dropped off 19 as Danny Green gave them 17. Marc Gasol even dropped off 11 on his way to Big Momma’s house.

Put your seat belts on for Game 6 in Philly. I’m quite sure Embiid and Co. will be looking to get their bikes back in front of Big Momma and cousin Man-Man nem. Stop me when I start lyin’!
