LA County Sheriff Deputies took photos of Kobe and others at the crash scene. ABSOLUTELY Appalling! “Clout Chasing”

When professionals refuse to be professional the wheels fall off and everything hits the guard rails. Many times the guard rails can’t save us depending upon who’s driving the darn car. Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva announced that eight of his deputies allegedly took or shared graphic photos of the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash scene. However, he ordered them to be deleted.

Speaking with NBC News for a story on Monday he had this to say, “That was my No. 1 priority, was to make sure those photos no longer exist. We identified the deputies involved, they came to the station on their own and had admitted they had taken them and they had deleted them. And we’re content that those involved did that.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! It’s mind blowing that people would have the audacity to do something like that. People have died tragically and they are out here clout chasing. To take the pictures of someone’s dead body at the accident scene is appalling.

And the Sheriff is fooling himself if he thinks that those clowns erased those pictures because he told them to do it. Somebody’s got those pictures and they’re looking to sell them to some slime ball media outlet that will publish them with no regard to those families grieving. It’s ridiculous!!!

Unfortunately, there isn’t a law on the books that would prevent people from taking pictures of bodies at an accident scene. Heck, there isn’t even a policy within the sheriff’s department that prevents folks from taking pictures on their personal cellphones. Well…that needs to change ASAP.

It’s sad that someone would actually look to sell photos of a person’s dead body for a little bit of bread. No regard to the families or anything.

Several years ago I was at a famous friend’s wake and I literally had to stand at the foot of his casket to keep a number of people who attempted to take pictures of him in his casket from doing it. It was crazy!! We had to literally take a girl’s phone and erase the photo. CRAZY!!!

I pray that folks check themselves and not post those pictures.
