TORONTO — The Toronto Raptors and their fans should have carried Kawhi Leonard out of the joint last night after he literally put them on his shoulders in a double overtime victory 118-112 to get their first win of this series. It’s now 2-1 Bucks going into Game 4 which will be in Toronto on Tuesday night.

After Pascal Siakam missed two free throws with 7.4 seconds remaining in regulation. Kawhi ended up playing 52 minutes of basketball to save them.

Leonard scored 36 points shooting 11-25 from the field and knocking down 12-13 from the foul line. During all of the foolishness he managed to grab 9 rebounds and throw 5 dimes too. Even though he seemed bothered with a leg issue he kept on playing like a G in the park trying to take a boy’z lunch money.

Here’s what he had to say following the game about continuing to fight through the injury. “I mean, it’s 52 minutes and it’s in the playoffs, so you definitely feel it. When you play 30 minutes, you feel it still. Just got to not worry about it, get my treatment and move on to the next one.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Raptors are still in trouble even though they got the “W” in Game 3. At this point they’ve got to win the next 3 out of 4 games to win this series and that isn’t going to happen. It took them two overtimes to win at home with Kawhi having to play 52 minutes!!!!

Naw playa, it’s just a matter of formality at this point. They don’t have the energy to beat these cats twice, let alone four times.

On an off night Giannis Antetokounmpo only managed to score 12 points for the Bucks but he did finish with 23 rebounds and 7 assists. George Hill and Malcolm Brogdon both got busy for the Bucks scoring 24 and 20 points respectively off of the bench.

Four of the five starters for Toronto scored in double figures being led by Leonard’s 36. Pascal Siakam dropped off 25 despite choking at the foul line down the stretch to send the stupid game into overtime in the first place. Toronto’s Marc Gasol had 16, and Milwaukee’s Eric Bledsoe gave them 11 on his way to Big Momma’s house. Game 4 is Tuesday in Toronto. Stop me when I start lyin’!
