Why Sterling Brown’s law suit NEEDS to darn near bankrupt the city of Milwaukee! “Example”

MILWAUKEE, WI. — On Tuesday Bucks guard Sterling Brown filed a law suit in federal court accusing the Milwaukee Police Department of “discriminating against him on the basis of his race.”  It goes on to say that “officers’ use of a stun gun during his arrest for a parking violation constitutes excessive force and that they targeted him because he is black.”

Back on January 26 Brown was tased and arrested for double parking in a handicap space at an area Walgreens at 2 a.m. The police body cam video shows Brown being surrounded by at least 7 police officers as he stood there talking to them. An officer told him to take his hands out of his pockets. He tells the guy that his hands are full when they rush him, wrestle him to the ground and tase him.

Additional body cam footage shows one cop actually pull his gun out even before the others rush Brown. The law suit also details how the officers involved in this foolishness tried to change the details of what actually happened in the incident report to make it look like ole boy resisted and obstructed them from doin’ their jobs.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! These types of incidents are the reasons why Colin Kaepernick started the NFL protests. It’s called police brutality, racial and social injustice. If you’ve watched this and other videos of police officers that are supposed to be protecting and serving and their pulling these types of stunts or worse and you don’t get it? You’re as much part of the problem as the crooked cops participating in this foolishness.

It’s mind blowin’ to me that human beings can continuously watch videos like this these or see unarmed black folks being killed by the very people that are supposed to be protecting them and say that if they don’t like it here they should leave the country. What!!?

That’s the response you get when the people being affected in these types of crises don’t look like them. It’s no different than this border child separation foolishness going on right now. When the children being separated from their parents don’t remind folks of their own children they don’t care. That’s not love. That’s hate!!

When you can watch people suffer discrimination and mistreatment and you can, with a straight face, say “protest on your own time or I just want to watch the game.” You’re the problem!! None of this will change unless we ALL believe that wrong is wrong regardless of who is mistreated.

The sad part about these police involved in these incidents is that none of them are even held accountable for their actions. The officers in the Sterling Brown debacle were only suspended from 2 to 15 days and duns were posting jokes about it on Facebook.

Shortly after the arrest, one cop named Erik Andrade posted “Nice meeting Sterling Brown of the Milwaukee Bucks at work this morning! Lol #FearTheDeer,” in reference to the slogan used to cheer on the Bucks.

Then after Game 1 of the NBA Finals he posted another one joking about wanting to run up on JR Smith. Ole boy wrote, “I hope JR Smith double parks in Walgreens handicap Parkin sports when he’s in Milwaukee!”

When there are no consequences to their behavior this is the type of foolishness that you get from them. I hope that Sterling Brown’s law suit darn near bankrupts the city. Then they’ll start to understand how serious this is. If they start firin’ boyz for acting a fool or better yet, start convicting these clowns this type of behavior will suddenly go away. Stop me when I start lyin’!
