INDIANAPOLIS, IN– The Circle City will be electric this weekend with Games 3 and 4 of the Cavs/Pacers series comin’ to Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Friday and Sunday respectively. The men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated will be in town for their Midwest Regional Convention as well. So the parties will be jumpin’ all weekend win or lose.

Let’s get it in!

However, Pacers fans are lookin’ for “W’s” and the opportunity to move one step closer to gettin’ rid of that Philistine for the first time in his NBA career in the first round. LeBron has never loss in the first round since bein’ drafted in 2003. That’s NUTS!!!

So with the series all knotted up one apiece the Pacers seem to have the edge. They ran up to Cleveland on Sunday and blasted the Cavs then held their own in Game 2 with Lebron goin’ ham and scorin’ 46 points. They only loss by 3.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Even though the series is tied 1-1. The Pacers have outscored the Cavs in 7 out of 8 quarters in this series. The only quarter the Cavs have outscored them in was in the openin’ quarter of Game 2 when LeBron put up the first 16 points and literally outscored the Pacers alone 20-13 at one point. They ended that period up 33-18.

The remainin’ three quarters the Blue and Gold outscored them but just couldn’t closed the gap from the openin’ period. In Game 1 they led from wire to wire. Therefore, from a confidence standpoint, the Pacers “ain’t scared” for lack of a better phrase.

Knowin’ all of that, the Fieldhouse will be lit tonight for Game 3 and if the Pacers can play with the same intensity they showed up in Cleveland with they should be able to walk out of the joint up 2-1 goin’ into Sunday’s Game 4.

Either way I’m gettin’ it in afterwards with my frat! G.O.M.A.B!! Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Lit: adjective – very hyped and excitin’

2) G.O.M.A.B: noun, verb, adjective, participle, danglin’ or not – unless you’ve crossed those burnin’ sands of Phi Beta Sigma you’ll never be told that secrets.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
