LOS ANGELES — On the second night of a back-to back the Indiana Pacers didn’t have enough in the tank to finish down the stretch in LA against the Clippers. When the smoke cleared they were walking out of the joint with a 115-109 loss to the Western Conference’s current 8th seed Clippers.

The loss marks Indiana’s seventh straight on the road and third straight in as many games. It’s their longest road losing streak since dropping eight in a row from March 6-April 2, 2017. The loss also prevented them from clinching a playoff berth as well.

However, the Clippers are rolling in March off to an 8-1 record as they battle to stay in the playoff race. It was the first time the Clippers have beaten Indiana at home since Dec. 17, 2014. That’s NUTS!!!

When they traded Tabias Harris back in February boyz thought that they were giving up on their season but that seems to be furthest from the truth at this point.

Danilo Gallinari led all scorers with 24 points as Montrezl Harrell dropped off 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Clippers.

Indiana was led by both Tyreke Evans and Bojan Bogdanovic with 19 points each. Doug McDermott came off of the bench to drop off 17 points as Domantas Sabonis put 12 in the pot for good measure. Point guard Darren Collision missed his first game after starting the previous 71 with a right quad contusion.  Up next Golden State on Thursday.
