Lakers sideswiped the Lambo 116-98 and kept it movin’! Heat didn’t know what hit them. “The Union”

The United Haters of America Union and all of its life-time members sat down to watch the Finals to cheer for the Miami Heat. Not because they live in Miami or because they’re neccesarily Heat fans. They watched because they wanted to see LeBron fail at all costs.

The crazy thing about it is that they will never admit to being in this union even though that pay dues and everything. They’ve got no skin in the game one way or the other but they would love to see the Philistine lose because it threatens their security blanket of loving Michael Jordan’s dirty drawers. What’s even more ridiculous is that they don’t even realize that they could love the game of basketball and the all of the greats at the same time.

When Miami jumped out of the ride and went up 23-10 at the 6 minute mark of the first quarter. They were dancing around their living rooms and basements like the munchkins singing the Witch is dead! The witch is dead!

Miami went on a 13-0 run scoring on six straight possessions.

Then all of a sudden the Lakers side swiped the Lamborghini and never looked back. From that point on it was all LA as they outscored the Heat 55-25 the rest of the first half. When the smoke cleared the Lakers were headed over to Big Momma’s room for some of that good ole southern cooking with a 116-98 blowout win. And trust me playa, the score was not indicative of the beating the boys from South Beach received.

LA led by as many as 32 points and dropped 15 3-pointers just to let a boy know that this was some real stuff and that’s the edited version.

Anthony Davis led all scorers with 34 points dropping off 9 rebounds and 5 assists. LeBron came through with 25 points, 13 rebounds and 9 assists. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had 13 as Danny Green contributed 11. Alex Caruso came off of the bench with 10.

As much as boyz were cheering for the Philistine to lose on Wednesday night. It just wasn’t in the cards. Coming into Game 1 the Lakers were ranked 21 out of 22 teams that were in the bubble after the restart at shooting threes. They shot a mere 33.6% from 3-point range and they were the only team in the bubble to have two games where they shot it less than 25 percent. However, in Game 1 they shot it at 40 percent.

As much as Jimmy Butler and Co. tried to fight it just wasn’t happening. Butler led the Heat with 23 despite rolling his ankle and continuing to play. Goran Dragic left the game in the second quarter and he was later diagnosed with a torn plantar fascia in his left foot. So that questions his availability the rest of the way.

I initially had the Lakers in 5 but at this point the Heat may not even win a game especially if Dragic isn’t able to go. Jimmy Butler is my guy but he can’t beat these dudes even one game without Dragic. Game 2 is Friday.
