Marcus Aurelius once said, “Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.” Arthur Conan Doyle, the Scottish writer, gave it to us like this, “Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.” Then Buddha kept it simple when he spit, “Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.”
Well playas….all of these fake media-types want you to believe that everybody in America hates Colin Kaepernick. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Accordin’ to former Mercury News reporter Mike Rosenberg, ole boy’z jersey has gone from No.20 on the 49ers to bein’ the No.1 seller on the team. Accordin’ to NBC Bay Area it’s now the 5th best seller in the entire league as of Sunday.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! When the media only focuses on the ignorance bein’ spewed by people that simply refuse to understand the struggle you get a false reality of what most people actually think. Every article that I’ve read mentionin’ the truth about ole boy’z jerseys runnin’ out of the stores ends with a dun sayin’, Or maybe all those people are buying his jersey so they can burn them in “counter-protest.” Hard to say.” Counter-protest bruh? You sound stupid!
Now if a dun is actually walkin’ into a store to pay full price, $99.99, for a jersey just to burn. Then he’s got more ignorance and hate wrapped than you can ever imagine. If a he/she is spendin’ good money to hate someone else then they are provin’ Kaep’s protest to be more justified every day.
People want to talk about bein’ American and patriotic but they hate the very concept of bein’ an American.
However, if Kaepernick’s jersey is becomin’ more and more popular by the day. Then that means that more people understand and respect the man’s protest. It also means that we don’t continue to live in an America that’s full of hate. The hateful few are simply becomin’ a minority in this country and the more people speak out against racial injustice the better this country will become.
The simple fact that people are buyin’ his jersey at this rate tells me that these fake media-types are losin’ too. Stop coverin’ interviewin’ the duns that are narrow minded and interview the forward thinkers. Stop me when I start lyin’!
1) Spit: verb – to say
2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.
3) Put it where the goats can get it: verb phrase – to make it as elementary as possible. To put it at ground level so everyone can understand it.
