ESPN is hustling us with this farce they call the College Football Playoff! “Foolishness”

It’s championship week and everybody’s jockeying for position to get into the College Football Playoff. The Pac 12 was decided on Friday when No.13 and two loss Oregon knocked off No.5 Utah.

The ACC, Big Ten, Big 12 and SEC will all be decided today but there’s only 4 spots in the Playoff. Now that the Pac 12’s champion is ranked all the way down the charts at No.13 with two losses. They won’t be represented in the Final Four. Which I understand using the current logic for letting boyz in.

However, in the committee’s eyes Clemson coming out of the ACC is darn near guaranteed a spot being the undefeated defending national champ even though they’ve played NOBODY this season. The ACC is TERRIBLE but nobody cares. They can literally lose to a three loss Virginia team and still get in.

The Big 12 will be decided when No. 6 Oklahoma takes on No.7 Baylor and the winner of that game can literally be on the bubble of not getting in too. This is crazy because if No.4 Georgia knocks off No.2 LSU according to these fake media-types both Georgia and LSU would get in. What’s the point in playing the games then?

Duns are also saying that even if Ohio State loses to Wisconsin, which I don’t think they will, they could still get in.

Here’s my point, what’s the point in playing these games if the wins and the losses don’t count? When they put this stupid thing together they were hollering that strength of schedule and conference championships were going to be a top priority when selecting teams to participate in the CFP.

What we’re finding out now is that it’s only a factor when we’re talking about the Big 12 and the Pac 12. It doesn’t matter with the ACC nor the SEC and only sometimes with the Big 10.

If strength of schedule and conference titles are to be considered important then stop giving boyz passes because that’s the team you want to see play. They kill me with the “We want the four best team” line every year because the four best teams aren’t always the four most deserving teams based on strength of schedule and conference titles etc.

If Alabama hadn’t loss to Auburn last week they would be putting them into the CFP even though they aren’t playing in their conference title game today in Atlanta. That’s foolishness when teams have scrapped all season to get to their respective title games. Bama has played and won the national title without even playing for their conference title.

Stop selling us meatloaf and telling us that it’s filet mignon. We know garbage when we smell it. Either do this thing right or add four more spots so that all 5 Power 5 conference champs are automatically in. Then you can put your alternates in but to screw cats because you don’t like them is ridiculous.

To look me in my face and tell me that Clemson get’s in even if they lose when they’ve not played a single game all year just because they won the title last year makes absolutely no sense.

They used to say that it mattered when you lose but now you can still lose and still get in if they like you. I can spot a hustle getting out of the car down the street at midnight with a hoodie on. ESPN is hoping that Georgia knocks off LSU so that they can have two SEC teams in the Playoffs because guess who owns the SEC Network and the stupid Playoff?

Again, why are we playing the games? Stop me when I start lyin’!
