I’ve said it for years and I’ll continue to say it. Haters are like racists. They will never admit to being who they are. They make comments that prove without a shadow of a doubt that they are who they are and then will look at you like you’re crazy for calling them out on their behavior.
All of the LeBron haters are crowded around the television watching every bit of this foolishness looking for reasons to discredit what this dun is still doing in year 17. They watched the entire season with their own eye balls as he led the Lakers out of the gutter of being a terrible team before he arrived to becoming the No.1 seed in the West.
In year 17 he led the league in assists and showed a team full of cats with no direction how to win and win consistently but the haters told you that duns like Kawhi and Giannis were better players.
They also told you that the only reason that Lakers were winning was because of Anthony Davis. Don’t get it twisted, AD is a beast but AD wasn’t even making the playoffs before he got in the ride with LeBron. However, that is the logic of a hater. They look for reasons to hate even if it makes no sense.
Now that teams like the Bucks and the Clippers have completely wet the bed and are now gone fishing. The playoffs in the bubble aren’t legitimate anymore. You can add Scottie Pippen to the list of haters too. He’s now hollerin’ foul on the bubble because Rajon Rondo is shooting threes when he’s never been able to shoot them in the past.
Could it be that he’s playing with a guy that makes his teammates better all the way around? We’ve seen it before on multiple occasions. He drug a bunch of bums to the Finals in 2007 in Cleveland and when he left in 2010 that franchise instantly became the worse team in the league over night.
We saw him leave Miami after taking them to four straight Finals and the following year they couldn’t even make the playoffs. We saw him go back to Cleveland (the worst team in the league) and take them to four straight Finals and upon leaving they again became one of the worse teams in the league over night.
The common denominator is LeBron. However, in the mind of a hater it isn’t. We all can see it but the hater is spitting venom of haterism but they’ll tell you that you’re making stuff up.
Prime example of a hater that can’t help himself is Kyrie Irving this week. He’s taking shots at a dun that is literally competing for a title at this moment and he’s at home talking about being the only cat that make a clutch shot. Listen up playa, in order to make a clutch shot you’ve got to be in clutch games. You haven’t played in a game that was clutch since you’ve played with LeBron. In my Kountry Wayne voice, “Let that sizzle in your spirit.”
The hater expects for LeBron to be Carl Lewis or Usain Bolt or somebody. They want the dun to win titles with no help at all. In their minds LeBron has to win a title by himself when it’s a TEAM game. They want to see LeBron be the only cat putting in work playing 5 against 1 but all other legends can have another superstar to play along side them. This is the foolishness that a hater expects.
They had no problem with Bird playing with McHale and Parrish or Magic and Kareem or Kareem and the Big O or Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobli and Kawhi or Jordan and Pippen or Jordan, Pippen and Rodman or Bill Russell and John Havlicek or KG, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen or Steph, Klay and KD or Kenny Smith, Akeem and Clyde or Shaq and Kobe etc., etc. etc. I could go on for days talking about all of the duns that won along side of other superstars but LeBron in the haters mind has to win all by himself.
The typical response for the hater is that those guys didn’t team up with blah blah blah. They didn’t have to because the front office did it for them. Regardless of how teams were/are put together they still got put together and once they were put together the players still have to go out and win.
The Clippers teamed up and they got sent to the crib didn’t they? Why? Because you’ve got to still show up and win together. But it’s okay for them to team up but it’s not okay for LeBron to solicit help? That’s the logic of a hater.
The hater is watching this Finals and saying that LeBron is favored because he’s on the better team. They’re playing a 5 seed!! He’s supposed to win. However, when the hater stands on the hater roof top and shouts that Jordan went 6-0 in the Finals. Never once has he said that Jordan was favored in EVERY Finals he played in because he was on the best TEAM in the league all 6 times. Nobody is discrediting his championships. The Bulls played the teams in front of them and won fair and square. If you’re on the BEST team you’re supposed to win.
However, when the hater brings up LeBron’s 3-6 record in the Finals they fell to bring up that he was only favored in 3 of those 9 Finals he played in. However, he reached the Finals with teams that were bottom feeder in the league without him the year after he left. Jordan played for 16 seasons and only played in the Finals and won titles when he was on the best team in the league. The hater slides the other 10 seasons to the side that Mike didn’t sniff the championship round like they don’t go on his resume. They act like Mike didn’t go 1-9 in the playoffs without Scottie Pippen and if you bring it up you’re a hater.
Now I know that I’m coming down a lot of boyz streets and I’m driving in some of you cats’ front yard but you need to hear this. Stop being a hater or at least if you’re going to be one just admit it.
Don’t be the dun telling the girl that you like how much of a dirt bag her boyfriend is because you want her for yourself. Just say I don’t like your boyfriend because he has you.
It’s okay to say that I’ve accomplished nothing in my life so I hate to see when others accomplish their goals. It’s part of your nature. At least you would be being honest with yourself. Stop me when I start lyin’!
