CENTRAL INDIANA — Everybody, their baby’s momma, Uncle LeRoy and cousin Man-Man have been sitting in the cut waiting for the start of the 2019 high school football season. It’s finally less than two weeks away and TheJayGravesReport is pumped!!! Covering the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference the best league in the state of Indiana makes it all worth it for me.
The best of the best plays there and I get to see it every Friday night! Warren Central sprinted through the league on to the Class 6A State Championship in 2018 beating league rival Carmel by 20 points. Now it’s a new day and the board has been wiped cleaned. Who’s going to take over as the best team in the M.I.C. this year?
Will it be Carmel or Center Grove? Will the Ben Davis Giants bounce back to dominance? Will North Central finish turning the corner? Will the Lawrence schools, North and Central put in work in 2019 or will Pike surprise us all?
