Golden State sweeps Portland and boyz are starting to look sideways at KD’s worth! “Value”

PORTLAND — No one wants to admit it but Draymond Green told Kevin Durant that they didn’t need him earlier this  season and he was absolutely right. Well…at least during the last five games. KD went down with a calf injury during the Western Conference Semifinals and the Warriors haven’t missed a beat. As a matter of fact, they’ve gotten better, so much so, that they peeled off the Rockets and swept the Trail Blazers like they were some rec-league team down at the Y.

On Monday night they sent Portland fishing after a 119-117 overtime victory to prepare for their fifth straight Finals appearance. That’s NUTS!!!! No one has done that since the Celtics from 1957-66.

Steph Curry and Draymond Green walked into the joint with the full clown suit on complete with the water spitting flower and whoopee cushion.  They both finished the night with a triple double. Steph led all scorers with 37 points as he grabbed 13 rebounds and threw 11 assists. Draymond, on some real talk, has been the catalyst for this Warriors team as he put up 16 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists.

Yes that’s right, Draymond Green has been the reason that the Warriors are playing so well. He’s the engine that makes everything purr. Ole boy is all over the floor doing everything needed to make this team better. Not only is he getting buckets, rebounds and throwing dimes but he’s going NUTS on the defensive end. He’s been an absolute terror.

When he told KD at the beginning of the season that they didn’t need him he was right. They’d already won a title and the year before he showed up they’d won 73 ball games and lost in 7 to the Cavs in the Ship. It sounds crazy to say but they are literally a better TEAM without him.

Don’t let these duns sweep Milwaukee or Toronto to win their fourth title. KD, as good as he is, will be worthless to them and those two titles that he won with them means nothing to the rest of the world in terms of his legacy because they essentially could have won them without him too.

Sure, they lost to the Cavs in 2016 but LeBron was Superman in that series. The dun led both teams in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals. Wheredeydodatat? That won’t happen ever again in life. I know that KD wants to walk around like he’s the man but he tarnished his legacy by jumping in the car with a bunch of cats that were already champions and capable of winning more. Sure, they won two titles but they were going to win those with or without him.

So ole boy better hope that whoever comes out of the East beats his Warriors if he can’t return to take credit for them rolling through cats. Stop me when I start lyin’!

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Put it where the goats can get it: verb phrase – to make it as elementary as possible. To put it at ground level so everyone can understand it
