Why Zion Williamson’s first shoe deal NEEDS to be worth at least $100 million! “The Get Back”

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Duke Blue Devils eventually beat the brakes off of North Dakota State on Friday 85-62. However, Coach K’s squad struggled out of the gate in the first half only leading by four points at the break. However, Superman, Zion Williamson, playing in front of his home-state exploded out of the break scoring 13 of Duke’s first 21 points out of the break finishing with 25 points.

Then it was Chris Brown up in that piece, “On and Poppin’!” Now everybody and their baby’s momma knew that Duke would win this game with no problem but what blew my mind was the fact that boyz had a “Zion Cam” on this kid like he’s a professional and they were paying him big money to record his every move. Every move he made before during and shortly after the game they recorded because the fans wanted to see Zion.

He’s still a “student-athlete” bruh!!! CBS wasn’t paying him to follow him around. That’s crazy!!! Yes, the only reason boyz were even interested in college basketball this year was because of Zion. He’s the meal ticket for college hoops this year. As a matter of fact, he’s the biggest celebrity in basketball this year college or pro and he’s not making a dime off of his celebrity.

So let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Zion Williamson needs to sign the largest shoe deal in the history of rookie players as soon as the NCAA Tournament is over or one minute after Duke is eliminated from the tournament. Sure, he’s going to be the No.1 overall pick but there’s only so much bread they can offer him with the rookie contract structure.

Using the 2018 projections for the No. 1 overall pick, Deandre Ayton, coming out Arizona. Ole boy is going to earn a maximum of $41,242,888 over his rookie contract with the Phoenix Suns, including approximately $18,107,160 guaranteed during his first two years.

Well playas…that ain’t enough for all of the bread Zion has made the NCAA, the Tournament and Duke more specifically. Therefore, he’s got to sign a shoe deal worth more than $100 million just to get back. Anything less than that is uncivilized. Stop me when I start lyin’!
