Washington Redskins can’t use Decent or Respectful as new nicknames as 15 women allege sexual misconduct by former employees.

While the Washington Redskins try to figure out what they’re going to call themselves after finally deciding to change its nickname. Two names they can’t use is decent and respectful. Fifteen women who previously worked for the team have alleged sexual harassment and verbal abuse by members of the front office from 2006 to 2019.

Among those accused of misconduct are former director of pro personnel Alex Santos and former assistant director of pro personnel Richard Mann II. Also longtime radio play-by-play announcer and senior vice president Larry Michael was accused of this foolishness. All three have left the organization within the past week.

Former president of business operations Dennis Greene and former chief operating officer Mitch Gershman, who, along with Michael, were considered Daniel Snyder’s boyz. They were apart of his “inner circle.”

However, there were no allegations against Snyder or former longtime general manager Bruce Allen, who was fired at the end of last season after being with the franchise for the past 10 years.

The NFL was disgusted by the report as they issued a statement on Friday morning that read, “These matters as reported are serious, disturbing and contrary to the NFL’s values. Everyone in the NFL has the right to work in an environment free from any and all forms of harassment. Washington has engaged outside counsel to conduct a thorough investigation into these allegations. The club has pledged that it will give its full cooperation to the investigator and we expect the club and all employees to do so. We will meet with the attorneys upon the conclusion of their investigation and take any action based on the findings.”

The Redskins in a statement to the Washington Post had this to say, “The Washington Redskins football team takes issues of employee conduct seriously. While we do not speak to specific employee situations publicly, when new allegations of conduct are brought forward that are contrary to these policies, we address them promptly.”

New head coach Ron Rivera and head of the football operations said in a text to ESPN’s John Keim, “Biggest thing is that we have to move forward from this and make sure everybody understands we have policies that we will follow and that we have an open door policy with no retribution. Plus my daughter works for the team and I sure as hell am not going to allow any of this!”

Well I guess he told everybody where he stands on this foolishness. Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Even though Daniel Snyder may not have been accused of misconduct, his boyz were. You don’t hang out with folks and not know what they’re into. Why, because when people are comfort they talk. So if they were doing this foolishness they were talking about it or Snyder witnessed it first hand. Therefore, Snyder had to know what was going on.

It’s like the Penn State scandal with Jerry Sandusky. Everybody tried to act like Joe Paterno didn’t know what was going on but Sandusky was his boy. JoPa had to know. At some point it’ll all come out. Stop me when I start lyin’!
