Steve Kerr is a rational thinker when it comes to the NBA returning! “We’re in Off-Season Mode”

The NBA shut down the season back in early March due to the Coronavirus and boyz have been sidelined ever since. Everybody and their baby’s momma, Uncle Leroy, cousin Man-Man have been waiting for it’s return. I don’t know why, but they have. Any rational thinker could see that this wasn’t going to be a quick fix at least not with the leadership we’ve got running this country right now.

Steve Kerr seems to be the only rational human being with a realistic outlook on the NBA finishing this season. Ole boy was on a video conference call in conjunction with the University of San Francisco on Tuesday and had this to say, “And, in fact, we had a Zoom call, Bob Myers and I got on a Zoom with our players, our whole roster last week. And it was just a chance to check in, but it was also a chance for Bob to update the players on his contact with the league and the latest news, but it also kind of felt like our annual team exit meeting. Our coaching staff and I have been undergoing staff evaluations, offseason plans, so we are absolutely in offseason mode right now.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I know that the Warriors were the worst team in the freakin’ league and they, of all people, want to see the season end because it was a complete waste of time for everybody involved, at least on their part. However, it only makes sense to end the season and move on to hopefully starting on time in the fall for the 2020-21 season.

C’mon bruh…this season is a wrap. I know that these cats are supposed to be professionals. However, most of these players are kids or have a kid’s perspective when it comes to being responsible. Very few of them are like Kobe or LeBron when it comes to taking care of their bodies and staying in tip-top shape on their own. More of these guys are Shawn Kemp than anything else.

So if they did announce that the season would be returning it would take at least four weeks for boyz to even get close to being in game shape. Then you’ve got to account for the lack of team chemistry that would take weeks to get back. It would be a mess to watch the NBA after everybody has literally been at home for 8 plus weeks eating everything in site.

Can you imagine the number of young cats that have checked out weeks ago? No gym, no running around in the streets, no vacations or anything? Are you kidding me? Can you imagine the amount of weed that has been smoked and God knows what other foolishness boyz have gotten into while trying to deal with this pandemic? It’s crazy!!!!

Keep in mind that we’re talking about young millionaires here. I guess that I’m in minority of folks that don’t want to see the NBA return because it’s going to be a train wreck to watch and cover. Naw playa…I’m good on that. We can skip right into the off-season and free agency if you asked me. Stop me when I start lyin’!
