Stephen A. Smith talkin’ crazy again about rings tries to put KD on LeBron’s level! “Modus Operandi”

CLEVELAND, OH - JUNE 09: LeBron James #23 of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Kevin Durant #35 of the Golden State Warriors speak after a foul in the third quarter in Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals at Quicken Loans Arena on June 9, 2017 in Cleveland, Ohio. (Photo by Jason Miller/Getty Images)

Listenin’ to duns in the barbershop talk reckless and crazy is one thing. However, to turn on the radio and television to hear a dun on a NATIONAL show talk crazy is outrageous! On Tuesday as everybody and their baby’s momma is gettin’ hyped about watchin’ the Finals. Stephen A. Smith is on the air talkin’ out of the side of his anus gettin’ butt naked foamin’ at the mouth like a mad man.

This dun actually said out of his OWN mouth that Kevin Durant is about to be in LeBron’s stratosphere because he’s about to win his second ring. What!!!?

Now this is the foolishness that I’m talkin’ bruh! This cat has millions of people listenin’ to him and he’s soundin’ like he’s sittin’ in Jo-Jo’s Barber Shop somewhere on the east side of ANY HOOD, USA.

First of all bruh, rings don’t determine who’s great and who’s not. Winning a championship is a TEAM award. Not an individual award. This ain’t track and field or tennis. It’s basketball!!! And before I get into my dissertation on why Stephen A. is makin’ absolutely no sense, Kevin Durant jumped in the ride with a bunch of cats that had already been to two straight Finals, winnin’ one of them and they were comin’ off of a 73 win season only to lose the championship in Game 7 before he bummed a ride!!! All of the work had already been done! You sound crazy tryin’ to compare him to player that does EVERYTHING on the floor for his team EVERY night.

Have you not been watchin’ that Philistine for the past 15 years or have you just been talkin’ and watchin’ highlights? Kevin Durant isn’t leadin’ his team in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals and minutes played. He isn’t playin’ all 82 games of the regular season and playin’ darn near every minute of every playoff game too. He’s not an Top 10 (7th) All-Time scorer  and he isn’t in Top 15 (12th) All-Time in assists. C’mon Stephen A.! You’ve got a responsibility to know what you’re talkin’ about when you’ve got millions of people listenin’ to you bruh. You can’t just say stuff because you’ve allowed your emotions to get the best of you.

A dun winnin’ two champions, that’s if or when they win this one, doesn’t put him in LeBron’s stratosphere. It’s not that simple bruh and you know that. I don’t know who the clown was in the media that started hollerin’ about duns winnin’ championships and that makin’ them a greater ball player but wherever he is he needs to get kicked square in the rectum.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! There are 12 cats in the history of the league that have 6 or more championships. There are 9 with more than Jordan but you never hear boyz talkin’ about them. Why? Because they’ve conveniently forgotten to mention them while they’re makin’ their GOAT argument.

You’ve heard it bruh. “Unless a boy has 6 titles he’s not better than Mike.” That’s Stephen A’s go to move in every argument. And oh yeah, “He never went to a Game 7!” That’s his Modus Operandi and because that’s his go to move it’s become millions of duns go to move in barber shops all over America. Repeatin’ foolishness that makes no sense!!!

If rings determine who the GOAT is. Then Bill Russell is the GOAT! He won 11 titles with the Boston Celtics in 1957, ’59-’66 and in ’68 and ’69. He won 8 in a row from ’59 to ’66. But nobody ever brings him up. Why? If rings determine the GOAT then why aren’t we talkin’ about ole Bill?

Then boyz conveniently skip over Sam Jones’ 10, John Havlicek’s 8, Tom Heinsohn’s 8, K.C. Jones’ 8, Tom “Satch” Sanders’ 8, Robert Horry’s 7, James Loscutoff’s 7 and Frank Ramsey’s 7. They all have more rings than Jordan but somehow these cats never get mentioned. Why? Because the ring argument MAKES NO SENSE!!!

Now you’d be a darn fool to suggest that any of them are better basketball players than Jordan but to use the logic that because a person has more championships than another automatically makes him better is crazy. When these cats are hollerin’ 6 rings they never mention the fact that Pippen, Kareem and Bob Cousey all have the same 6 Jordan has. As a matter of fact, Pippen has the SAME EXACT 6 Mike has. So what does that make him? The GOAT 1-B?

Oscar Robinson has 1 ring! Larry Bird has only 3! Charles Barkley doesn’t have one at all but you can’t tell me that Tom Heinsohn havin’ 8 makes him a better player. That makes no sense. But cats like Stephen A. continue to run down that road of foolishness. So to try and use it with LeBron vs. Jordan  or who ever else you wanna bring up is crazy!! Championships are won by TEAMS not the best player. Unless LeBron beats Golden State because we already know that he’s out there butt naked by himself in this one bruh.

If Kevin Durant were doin’ all of the same things LeBron were doin’ on the floor and puttin’ up the same type of numbers in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals that LeBron were puttin’ up. Then and only then could we have that conversation. But to say that a dun that literally bummed a ride to the Finals last year with some cats that were already on their way to the Finals is in the same stratosphere as that Philistine is asinine. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Put it where the goats can get it: verb phrase – to make it as elementary as possible. To put it at ground level so everyone can understand it.

3) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
