CLEVELAND, OH — The Indiana Pacers pulled up in Cleveland in the same Big Body Chevy they’ve been drivin’ all season listenin’ to the same mixtape they’ve been bumpin’ since mid October. Everybody watchin’ the car accident at Quickens Loans Arena was surprised that Indiana jumped out of the ride and beat the Cavs down 98-80 in Game 1 but the Pacers and their fans.
Victor Oladipo had this to say durin’ the post-game press conference. “We’ve been doing this all year, now everybody sees it so it’s kind of shocking to everybody… We’ve been playing our butts off on both ends of the floor all year.”

Now let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! They’ve beaten the Cavs three times this regular season only losin’ to them once but it’s the playoffs now playa. I’ve got to admit that even after coverin’ these guys all season I didn’t think that they would run up to Big Momma’s house in Cleveland and turn the dinin’ room table over like that.
I figured they would be competitive in every game and win the two ball games at the crib. However, to go to Cleveland and jump all over the Cavs like that was impressive. They led from wire to wire and literally took the Cavaliers heart’s out in Game 1. You saw the game, the tape or read the recap bruh so I don’t have to give you the blow by blow again.
What was so impressive about what the Pacers were able to do up there was that they didn’t allow the Cavs to punk them or more specifically, LeBron. That Philistine has a tendency to get into boyz heads durin’ the playoffs to bully them into backin’ down.
Well playas…not with Lance “The Don DaDa” on the floor! That dun comes out of the bushes and turns the intensity up on the floor ten notches. We already know that Oladipo “ain’t” scared and that takes them to another level of confidence.
With the Pacers goin’ up 1-0 in the series Indiana now owns home court advantage. They’ve turned the level of excitement and intrigue in this series up to level 10 at this point. Yeah, I know that it’s a long series and boyz have to win 4 games instead of one against a player that has NEVER loss in the first round in his career. But that’s what makes it all of a sudden the series to watch in the NBA Playoffs. I’m dialed in how bout you? Stop me when I start lyin’!
