When the defendin’ NBA champs roll into town everybody and their baby’s momma shows up to see them get it in. All of the groupies fall into the joint half dressed lookin’ to be chosen and by whom I couldn’t tell you. However, the place has a playoff atmosphere from the fan’s excitement to the overwhelmin’ media presence. So LeBron, Kyrie, Kevin Love and the rest of the Cavs crew fell into the joint like New Edition on BET and put that thang on the Pacers 132-117.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Pacers threw everything they had at the Cavs in the first half and was up 63-57 at the break. Unfortunately, they still had two quarters to play and Big Momma wasn’t there to save them. They blew the engine and then got ran out of the joint.
Cleveland came out and went nuts on a boy in the third quarter outscorin’ the Pacers 40-18 to blow the roof off of the joint. Kyrie drove the bus with 29 points and 7 assists as LeBron finished the night with 25 points and 9 assists. However, the secret weapon was a dun comin’ out of the bushes named Kyle Korver! He put up 29 points in 26 minutes on them.
That third quarter broke the Pacers back but the crazy thing is, they shot and distributed the ball well. How do you get blasted when you’re shootin’ 50 percent from the field and 52 percent from behind the arc while throwin’ 24 dimes? The same amount of assists that Cleveland unloaded! They only got out rebounded by 1 rebound bruh! So what gives?
I’ll tell you what gives playa! Bench scorin’ led by a dun named Kyle Korver. The Pacers bench only scored 28 points while Korver alone put up 29 and the rest of the cats comin’ out of the bushes gave them another 21.
You can’t play the defendin’ champs and not get production off of the bench bruh! This is the first loss in 8 games for the blue and gold. Hopefully, they’ll be ready to show up in D.C. on Friday. Stop me when I start lyin’!
