No Surprises: Kyler Murray off of the board first as tons of grown men in jerseys watched! “First Round”

NASHVILLE,TN. — Well playas…the first round of the NFL Draft is in the books and it was nuts in Nashville. Duns were walking around the city like they were about to get drafted. Fans from every NFL team were well represented and you already know that there were FULLY grown men walking around wearing jerseys like they were 10 years old.

Y’all already know how I feel about grown men wearing another grown man’s jersey. If you don’t know read this classic entitled “Man Law” in your spare time.

Back to the draft! The Arizona Cardinals didn’t pull a rabbit out of their hats and do anything stupid. They took Kyler Murray with the first overall pick. Kliff Kingsbury had to make a splash with his first ever draft pick and he swooped up the Heisman Trophy winner that he unsuccessfully tried to recruit while he was at Texas Tech when ole boy was 15 years old.

Now they’ve got two No.1 overall picks at the same position just a year apart. Josh Rosen is sitting there in his Vince Lombardi voice, “What the hell is going on out here?” They didn’t trade him before the draft so the question is, what are they really going to do with him?”

They’re not about to sit Murray on the bench after taking him No.1 overall. That’s not about to happen playa. So stay tuned for that foolishness in the coming months.

Frisco (49ers) didn’t mess around as they hurried up and grabbed defensive end Nick Bosa out of Ohio State with the No.2 pick. The Jets ran through and got Alabama’s pass rush phenom Quinnen Williams with the third pick.

Now Jon Gruden and Co. out in Oakland surprised a few folks when they took Clemson defensive end Clelin Ferrell. Oh don’t trip, Ferrell was the real deal down in Death Valley. Defensive ends on powerhouse teams just don’t get the love that quarterbacks and wide receivers get. Keep in mind that they had five or six cats on the defense that will be early round draft picks.

Tampa Bay rounded out the Top 5 when they took inside linebacker from LSU, Devin White. You can go look up the other duns taken in the first round. I’m not about to run that whole list to you.

We’ve got two more days of this foolishness and on some real talk, it’s as boring as watching paint dry or watching leaves growing on trees. I can’t understand the fascination of people wanting to sit through it. I’d rather they just posted a list of who drafted who with the players bio.

Everybody and their baby’s momma thinks that they know which player is going to be the next guy and nobody really knows what a player is going to do until they do it. Some cat taken in the 6th round will be end up being the best player in the league one day but duns right now will tell you how Kyler Murray or Nick Bosa will be a Pro-Bowler in two years.

They may or may not be playa, we just don’t know because nobody saw a dun named Tom Brady coming did they?  We’ll sit through Round Two today and laugh at the predictions of who will be the best player while nobody predicts the busts. That’s what I want to hear about because somebody is going to fall flat of their face in this league. Congrats on getting this far. Stop me when I start lyin’!
