Everybody and their baby’s momma, Uncle Bubba and cousin Man-Man knows that it’s Alabama/Georgia week in the SEC. Bama’s ranked No.3 and Georgia’s ranked No.5 and bragging rights are on the line. The last time these two met in the regular season Alabama beat the brakes, doors, transmission and back seats off of the Bulldogs in Athens in 2015.

Now this one will be played in Tuscaloosa better known as T-town!!! Everybody’s excited and ready to go but ole Nick Saban. On Tuesday he tested positive for COVID-19. However, 48 hours later on Thursday he tested negative. So now that opens the possibility that he “could” return to the sideline on Saturday for this juggernaut game.

The statement from Alabama head athletic trainer Jeff Allen said that Saban was evaluated by team physician Dr. Jimmy Robinson on Friday and he remains asymptomatic and without fever.

Now several things have to happen before Saban can get back to the sideline. He has to test negative two more times, each of them 24-hours apart. If that happens he would be what they call “false-positive” per SEC protocols and he would be allowed back to full capacity on the field.

So if ole Nick tests negative on Friday and then on Saturday he could be on the sideline coaching Saturday night. So you already know that dun is like a crack head standing out in front of the testing facility looking for that swab.

He’s banging on the door, looking through the windows, flagging people down asking them if they’ve got a test on them. He’s doing everything in his power to be on that field Saturday night. It’s a big one in Tuscaloosa and Nick ain’t trying to miss it. Stop me when I start lyin’!
