Magic Johnson ran game on boyz on First Take and everbody fell for it! “All About Magic”

Everybody and their Uncle LeRoy and cousin Man-Man is talking about the Magic Johnson interview on ESPN’s First Take with Stephen A. and Max on Monday morning. Ole boy literally set the Lakers organization on fire by blasting Rob Pelinka, Jeanie Buss and whoever else was standing in the vicinity to make sure Magic walked out clean.

Skip the details on how he feels about Pelinka and Luke Walton etc. because that’s all subjective foolishness. What Magic was doing was trying to save his image more than anything. He’s on the show telling boyz that folks were calling him telling him that Pelinka was talking about him behind his back about not being in the building enough. In other words, the dun wasn’t working and didn’t really want the job like I told you after he quit more than a month ago in the crazy Hot Joint entitled “That’s Real Talk.”  He’s Phil Jackson with the Knicks reincarnated.

Well playa…being the president of basketball operations requires that you be in the building more often than not. That’s not a part-time job bruh. That’s a position that requires a minimum of 17 or 18 hours a day. So to sit there and tell Stephen A. that he told Jeanie before he took the job that he’s got other stuff going on and that he makes way more money outside of basketball than he would fooling with the Lakers doesn’t mean that folks working along side him or for him have to be cool with that. Jeanie Buss made a mistake by hiring a person that told her he wasn’t all in, in the first place. However, Pelinka and others didn’t have to be cool with it just because you’re Magic Johnson.

If I were working on the basketball side of things for the Lakers and Magic was supposed to be running that side of the ship and he was hardly there I would feel some type of way about it too. Just because you’re Magic doesn’t mean that you’re beyond being criticized for not coming to work and running the ship you were assigned to run. C’mon bruh that doesn’t even make sense.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! A) He quit and didn’t even tell Jeanie that he was bouncing. That was real shady. If the president of Magic Johnson Theatres just up and quit without telling the organization that they were quitting it would be considered shady right? So how does walking out on the Lakers regardless of how you feel make sense to you? Big Momma always said that there is a right way to do things.

B) Stop telling folks that you want to help make the Lakers get better in one breath but in the next you’re telling folks that you’ve got other stuff going on so it’s got to be a part-time hustle. Running a front office isn’t a part-time job bruh.

When ole boy quit I told you guys that Magic just wanted the title and not the job. He wanted to smile, shake hands and kiss babies. He didn’t want that job he wanted the props that came with it. Sure, he’s Magic Johnson!! So he shouldn’t need any more props but cats with egos can’t get enough attention.

He’s upset that Pelinka told folks that he wasn’t working, and he wasn’t, especially if he’s telling folks “I’ve got other stuff going on so I can’t be there all of the time.” Nobody within the organization cares that you’ve got other stuff going on. They’ve got a franchise to run and being the president of basketball operations is the most important piece to the puzzle.

He keeps saying that he wants to make the Lakers better but he traded away D’Angelo Russell and kept Nick Young. How did that work out?

Sure, he got lucky and got Kyle Kuzma with the pick but you get my point. He let Julius Randle just walk and then he started signing cats that made absolutely no sense at all. After signing LeBron, which he had nothing to do with him because ole boy was coming to LA regardless, he went crazy. He brings in straight foolishness like Rajon Rondo who is a great player but he’s been a problem child. He runs out and gets duns like Lance Stephenson and Michael Beasely like those types of cats are really going to help you win.

This was all about Magic trying to keep boyz from blasting him for doing a terrible job and walking out when it blew up in his face. Why else would he show up on First Take just hours before the Lakers were set to introduce Frank Vogel as their new head coach? Think about that. He was working the media over and nobody could see it.

He’s Magic and everybody loves him but he was dead wrong on this one. Stop saying that you want to help the Lakers when you just threw a molotov cocktail into the front window when boyz were asleep and drove off. And NO I’m not a Lakers fan. I’m just keeping it 100. Stop me when I start lyin’!
