Kaepernick kneeling got him banned but Foster charged with domestic violence doesn’t? “Contradictions”

Everybody and their baby’s momma are up in arms about the Washington Redskins claiming linebacker Rueben Foster off of waivers just three days after he was arrested on domestic violence charges and two days after he was released by the San Francisco 49ers. There’s public outrage but it’s not enough to effect ticket sales. The Redskins are cool with having him on their team according to their front office.

Redskins senior vice president Doug Williams told the radio show The Team 980 that the team’s four key decision-makers were unanimous in wanting to claim Foster off of waivers. He went on to say, “I’ve got six daughters, so it ain’t something I would condone. But at the same time, I think we are in the business of at least looking into Foster’s case. I could sit here, and I won’t, name a bunch of teams that took on players that got a lot of baggage that nobody’s saying anything about.”

He even jumped out of the birthday cake butt naked foamin’ at the mouth as he said this foolishness, “We got people who are in high, high, high, high places that have done far worse, if you look at it realistically. And they’re still up there. This is small potatoes [compared to] a lot of things out there. But at the same time, it’s a big issue in America today, whether or not it’s in football, whether or not it’s in everyday life, whether or not it’s in politics, it’s out there.”

Okay let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Teams all over the NFL sign players with all types of problems because they don’t care about what they’ve done as long as they can help them win. Domestic violence is a serious issue in America but according to the Redskins signing Foster won’t keep people from buying tickets.

Everybody and their Uncle Leroy is upset about it but it’s business as usual. These owners are cool with players beating their wives or girlfriends, getting into all kinds of trouble, acting a darn fool in public etc. but the minute a player decides that he wants to protest police brutality, racial and social injustice he’s no longer welcomed to play in the NFL.

That’s the worst kind of human being and he should be banned from the league. What’s so crazy is that the fans have been brain washed to believe the same thing. A man is welcomed to continue to play as long as he’s not standing up for civil and social rights for black people in America.

Now I do believe that the NFL should remain in the football business and get out of the police disciplinary business. If a player is arrested on whatever type of charge that it should be handled in the courts. If he’s convicted then the courts should determine his fate and not the NFL. However, if a player is banned from ever playing in the league again for standing up against police brutality, racial and social injustice. Then I believe that a player arrested, charged and convicted of domestic violence should be kicked out of the league.

It’s crazy to me that fans, the president and the owners treated Colin Kaepernick like he was the worst person in America for wanting justice for his people but folks will turn the other cheek when a player is charged with an actual crime. Blows my mind. Stop me when I start lyin’!
