John Beilein resigns and continues to make bad moves. “Grab the Easy Bag Bruh”

John Beilein tried something new and it didn’t work. On Wednesday he announced to his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, that he would be stepping down as the head coach of the organization. After a tumultuous start to his NBA coaching career at age 67. The former University of Michigan head coach has walked away with a current record of 14-40 with the Cavs. Brutal!!!

He’ll be re-assigned to a different role within the organization but it won’t be coaching the team I can tell you that.

Beilein had this to say in a statement, “Over these last nine months, I have given my all to this organization, but after much reflection, I have decided that it is best that I step back and resign from my position as head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers and assist the organization in a different capacity. I am very grateful to [owner] Dan Gilbert, [general manager] Koby Altman and the entire Cavaliers organization for the opportunity they have provided me.

Associate head coach J.B. Bickerstaff will take over for Beilein as he ran his first practice with the team on Wednesday after the they came back from the All-Star break.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Beilein signed a 4-year deal that would pay him $4 million per year with the final year being a team option. However, he resigned instead of being fired. Therefore, the Cavs negotiated a deal to pay him just a portion of his remaining salary for the 2019-20 season.

Now you already know that boyz are screaming that they would have had to fire me because they would owe me more bread than they were willing to come off of. Look here playa, ole boy was completely stressed out about losing and he had the hardest time trying to relate to NBA players.

It was brutal and at some point it’s not about the bread. He’s 67 years old with a gang of bread already. He’s got a net worth of more than $20 million. He doesn’t NEED to work. He just doesn’t want to stress or the head ache. Sure, they were going to eventually fire him anyway but they made it work by keeping him aboard in a different role.

So he’ll make some of that bread without having to deal with trying to coach. I would have done the same thing. Well…no I wouldn’t have because I wouldn’t have left the University of Michigan to coach in the NBA.

If he were tired of the college game because of the rules and the recruiting foolishness like we heard. It was time to retire and get the easy bag. Let a boy like ESPN pay him to talk about the game. That’s the easiest money he could ever make.

The real media cats run the broadcast and they simply ask the experts the basketball questions. He could have done that with his freakin’ eyes closed for a mill or 2 per year until his brain stops working. Bad move Beilein. At 67 it’s time to make the easy money. Why work when you don’t have to? I never said don’t get paid though. Stop me when I start lyin’!
