It’s time for Giannis Antetokounmpo to take his talents to, well…somewhere else! “Pack Ya Bags Playa”

THE BUBBLE — For the second year in a row the Milwaukee Bucks have finished with the best record in the NBA and have failed to make it to the Finals. The reigning MVP and potentially the MVP of this season has worked his butt off two years in a row only to get nothing out of the deal.

Yeah playas…Giannis Antetokounmpo had done all he can do in Milwaukee. It’s time for him to take his talents somewhere where he can get some help. There’s no since in saying all of the right things and leading people to believe that he’s going to stay past next year etc.

The 2020-21 season is his final season under contract with the Bucks at $27.5 million. They’ve got to sign him to an extension this off-season or trade him so that they don’t let him walk and get nothing.

Let’s face it playa, he’s wasting his time in Milwaukee. He’s got nothing around him that will get him to the Finals to even compete for a championship. Why stay? It’s time to bounce.

He doesn’t need to waste his time saying all of the right things trying to keep the fan base and local media happy if he knows the Bucks are wasting his time. Put it out there and deal with the backlash. It’s just people in their feelings about what “THEY” want. You can’t care about making them happy with your sweat. How much sense does that make?

Paul George played that silly game in Indiana and most of the media and fans turned on him. I didn’t because it didn’t make sense for him to stay. It was the best decision for him because now he’s got a great shot at winning a championship. Sure, he had to make two moves to get to LA (Clippers) but he’s somewhere where he can win now. He wasn’t going to win a thing in Indiana but the fans and media would have been the only folks happy with him staying. That makes no sense.

LeBron bit the bullet and bounced out of Cleveland once he could leave because they put nothing around him. He spent 7 years with the Cavs initially by himself. He went to Miami and went to four straight Finals winning two of them. That gave him the leverage to come back to Cleveland and assemble a squad around him to win.

Ask Anthony Davis if it makes sense to stay put? He upset the New Orleans fan base to have a better shot at winning a title. It was necessary. Now he’s at least playing in the conference semifinals with a shot at making it to the conference finals and potentially the Finals where he could win a title. He wasn’t even going to make the playoffs in New Orleans.

In this league you can’t win championships by yourself and that’s what Milwaukee’s asking Giannis to do. Nope!!! Get ya bags packed playa and go somewhere where you can win. You can’t beat other teams that have multiple superstars by yourself. Ain’t gone happen.

And please don’t listen to Charles Barkley talking out of the side of his neck saying “Don’t be a chump and try to team up with other players.” Chuck tried to team up with other players too when he ran down to Houston after they won the title in 1995. He jumped in the car with them in 1996 but it didn’t work. Please don’t listen to that dun. No player has won an NBA championship by themselves. NOBODY!!!

Giannis has no choice but to leave Milwaukee if he wants to compete for a title while he’s still young. He can get paid anywhere. Stop me when I start lyin’!
