If Nike’s sendin’ a “terrible message” with Kaepernick! What kind of message has Trump been sendin’?

One day after Nike announced that Colin Kaepernick would be the face of their 30th anniversary “Just Do It” ad campaign Donald Trump finally weighs in. The President says that it’s a terrible message that Nike is sendin’ by promotin’ the former quarterback.

In an interview with the Daily Caller Trumps says, “I think it’s a terrible message that they’re sending and the purpose of them doing it, maybe there’s a reason for them doing it, but I think as far as sending a message, I think it’s a terrible message and a message that shouldn’t be sent. There’s no reason for it.”

Now hold on a second playa, let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! This is the same cat that has been sendin’ terrible messages for decades. Isn’t this the same person that was sued by the US Department of Justice for racial discrimination for not renting to black people back in the 1970’s? I could actually get caught in the ’70’s, ’80’s, ‘90’s and early 2000’s bringin’ up all kinds of foolishness but let’s fast forward to the 2016.

Durin’ the presidential campaign this dun said that he could walk out in the middle of Fifth Avenue, shoot someone and still get elected. Didn’t we all hear him call Mexican immigrants all rapists and criminals? I know I heard that didn’t you? Just makin’ sure that I’m not crazy.

He’s the same person that proposed a ban on all Muslims enterin’ the US right? Again, just makin’ sure we’re talkin’ about the right guy. He did suggest that a judge recuse himself from a case solely because of his Mexican heritage didn’t he? But none of those are terrible messages right?

Naw playa, not even tellin’ America that the White Supremacists that stormed Charlottesville spittin’ hate with one of them actually killin’ a woman were good people, was a terrible message. Callin’ Haiti and African countries Sh– hole countries definitely wasn’t a terrible message. Not even callin’ NFL players that were exercisin’ their right to peaceably protest S.O.B.’s was anywhere near bein’ a terrible message.

However, Nike supportin’ an athlete that sacrificed his entire career to take a stand against police brutality, racial and social injustice was. Kaepernick stepped out on faith and became the example that we all wish he had the strength to exhibit but for some strange reason the President of the United States thinks that Nike made a mistake in supportin’ a vision that says, “Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything.”

If that’s a terrible message then I’m jumpin’ in the ride with it all day everyday. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
