How Kobe is bein’ disrespected in the whole MJ vs. LeBron debate! “A Better Version”

"You already know bruh! Boyz wanna act like I didn't even play!"

This time every year everybody and their baby’s momma are shoutin’ and screamin’ at each other about who they think is better, MJ or LeBron. Nobody’s listenin’ to anyone with the opposite opinion because duns have their emotions on 10.

Everybody’s hollerin’ at each other and durin’ this entire debate the cat that came along in 1996 that actually became a better version of Jordan isn’t even bein’ brought up. He did everything Mike could do on the floor with far more athleticism. His killer instinct was stronger and he could attack a boy with greater intensity.

I know that Jordan fans don’t want to hear that but it’s the truth. We can’t talk about Jordan without talkin’ about Kobe! They were essentially the same player but again, Kobe was more athletic. He’s No.3 All-Time on the NBA Scorin’ list ahead of Mike who’s 4th and he did everything that MJ could do with more finesse. Why wouldn’t he be considered better? Or at the very least, why isn’t he in the same conversation?

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Durin’ this entire debate we’re not arguin’ about talent or what each of the players did on the floor. We’re battlin’ the Jordan Brand. When duns that have never even seen Mike play are addin’ to the conversation we’ve got a problem.

When a 20 year old is tellin’ me that Jordan is the greatest player to ever walk the earth because he’s wearin’ his shoes we’ve got a serious problem bruh. He’ll argue a boy down because on the highlights Jordan never misses and on 2K he’s better than everybody else.

Neither Kobe nor LeBron has that institutional marketin’ and brainwashin’ on their side. So there is no way impressionable people will think otherwise, even when the numbers are screamin’ the truth.

Ninety percent of the cats arguin’ about this don’t know jack squat about the game of basketball and what it takes to be a better player than another. We’ve got media-types leadin’ millions of people the wrong way down a one way street that keep screamin’ Jordan went 6-0 in the Finals and he never went to a Game 7. Absolutely none of that has anything to do with the individual player’s ability to play the game. It simply means that he was on the best TEAM 6 times.

There are 12 players in the history of the league that own 6 or more championship rings bruh and there are 9 players with more than 6 and none of those cats are even in the GOAT discussion. So why on earth would we use that as the foundation of the argument? It makes no sense but duns do it everyday led by Stephen A. Smith himself. That’s his go to move and nobody questions it.

So to deem Mike the GOAT because he won 6 titles makes absolutely no sense because that’s a middle of the road accomplishment in terms of people winnin’ champions in the NBA. Bill Russell won 11 and won 8 straight between 1959 and 1966 and he won in ’57, ’68 and ’69. C’mon bruh!!

Sam Jones has 10, John Havlicek 8, Tom Heinsohn 8, K.C. Jones 8, Tom “Satch” Sanders 8, Robert Horry 7, James Loscutoff 7 and Frank Ramsey 7. And please stop actin’ like Pippen, Kareem and Bob Cousey don’t all have the same amount of rings as Jordan. So if Jordan is considered the GOAT what does that make the dun (Pippen) that was the reason why he ever got out of the first round of the playoffs in the first place to win the SAME 6 championships? The GOAT 1-B? That makes no sense.

So while we’re havin’ this discussion about who the GOAT is it’s disrespectful to bring up Jordan’s name and not mention Kobe in the same breath because they were the same darn player. However, Kobe was more athletic. I’m not tellin’ you what I heard I’m tellin’ you what I saw with my own two eyes. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

3) Put it where the goats can get it: verb phrase – to make it as elementary as possible. To put it at ground level so everyone can understand it.

4) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
