Just a few weeks after the Lakers brought home the NBA title. The Dodgers decided that it made sense to bring home the MLB title to Los Angeles too. On Tuesday night they clinched the World Series by beating the Tampa Bay Rays 3-1 to win the series 4-2.
It was the Dodgers first title since 1988! That’s NUTS!!!! Now LA is on top of the sports world for the first time in a long time. Boyz already hate on LA sports because they felt for so long that the Lakers in particular were pillaging the league of all of its stars for decades. They landed Wilt, Kareem, Magic, Kobe, Shaq, LeBron and now AD. It’s not fair is what boyz have said for years. They could have landed Kawhi but he wanted to be hard headed.
Folks were cool with the Lakers being in a drought for the past ten years but now they’ve got wind in their jaws that LeBron is in LA and got these boyz winning again. Now the Dodgers? Oh, folks have to be sick that both the baseball team and the hoop team is in control of their respective leagues.
Don’t get LA started on the Rams who just beat the dog snot out of Chicago on Monday Night Football this week. They’re rolling too. Wouldn’t it be amazing if they went to the Super Bowl and won it this year?
LA’s got Hollywood, all of the celebrities and all of the best teams in every sport? Boyz would be sick. I would love to see it because it would be historic. Why not? So I’m pulling for the Rams to win it all this year. Los Angeles pulling the hat trick in professional sports would be very cool and I’d love to see the haters hate. Stop me when I start lyin’!
