TRUTH, USA — Dwayne Johnson, the actor, once said, “Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.” Arsene Wenger, the French soccer coach, broke it down like this, “When you look at people who are successful, you will find that they aren’t the people who are motivated, but have consistency in their motivation.” Then Lincoln Chafee, the politician, poured out a little liquor for all the dead homies when he spit, “Trust is built with consistency.”

Well playas…if trust is built with consistency why are cats runnin’ around here upset with Terrell Owens because he refuses to show up for the 2018 Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony? One thing we can all say about T.O. is that the dun has been consistent over the years in bein’ his own dude. He hasn’t lied to us yet about who and what he is. So why is everybody mad all over again that he’s not goin’ to show up to pick up his gold jacket and bust?

On Thursday Joe Horrigan, the Hall’s executive director, told Talk of Fame Sports Network “There’s no reason to bring him up as an individual. He’s not here.”

Ole boy said that they would announce his name with the whole class bein’ inducted and his picture will be included on all materials about the Hall of Fame weekend which runs Friday August 3rd and Saturday August 4th. The first night there is the gold jacket ceremony and then on Saturday there’s the actual induction ceremony.

Horrigan said that they would just ship that dun his gold jacket on Saturday mornin’. Meanwhile, instead of goin’ to the ceremony on Saturday T.O. has decided to give his own Hall Of Fame speech at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

Now let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Again, T.O. is like Donald Trump bruh. He’s never lied to us about who he was. He’s been consistent with his foolishness. So if you’re mad at this dun right now that’s on you. If he wants to miss the ceremony to mark the GREATEST achievement of his playin’ career to to make a point to the dull media and the voters that’s on him. If he wants to be somewhere else talkin’ about his career instead of bein’ in front of an audience of millions, that’s on him.

He’s been that dude since day one so why are you lookin’ for him to be some other guy the weekend of August 3rd and 4th. It’s always been about T.O. and he’s simply bein’ consistent.

I’m not mad at the Hall of Fame for handlin’ it like some straight up G’s. “If you’re not here we ain’t messin’ with you. We’ll send you your jacket and bust and keep it movin’!” Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Poured out a little liquor: verb phrase – to solute a fallen friend

2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

3) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
