Don’t arrest and ban fans for throwing things, spitting and shouting racists remarks! Let the players loose! “Problem Solved”

As the first round of the NBA Playoffs has kicked off we’ve seen the ignorance and racism of this country continue to spill over into sports. In the last week we’ve seen fans throw popcorn and water bottles at and on Russell Westbrook and Kyrie Irving. We’ve seen a Knicks fan literally spit on Tre Young in New York.

These have all been incidents of white fans violating black players. So please don’t tell me that I’m stretching. Not all white folks are racists and not all black people have been individually and directly called the N-word etc. However, racism does exist in America whether you’ve been involved or not.

It’s a darn shame that at any point in American history a race of people have been treated with the disrespect that black folks have and it continues to happen.

People go to these games and act like the players are circus animals or slaves that have been brought in for their entertainment. When in reality many of them act like some darn wild animals in the stands. They’re hollering and screaming all types of racists remarks and throwing things. And it just doesn’t happen in the NBA. It happens at the college level too.

I’ve been covering the NBA and college sports for more than a decade and it never ceases to amaze me the things that people will say to these young black players. They aren’t saying these hurtful things to white players. They even holler, curse and say racist things to the player’s families in both the NBA and in college. It’s crazy. I see it with my own two eyes.

We’re lucky that we haven’t had more Ron Artest situations pop up because on some real talk, some of these fans would deserve for the gate to pop open on them.

It’s like going to the museum and breaking something. It you break it you buy it. You spit on a player, throw a water bottle or popcorn etc. you’ve just earned that butt whoopin’ on national television since you wanna show out. Don’t arrest them let the streets handle it. Let the players go up into the stands and beat the breaks off of them.

We would all of a sudden have cordial fans in every arena in the NBA. Problem solved. Stop me when I start lyin’!
