Colts go from 1-5 to literally dragging the Texans to advance in the Playoffs! “On A Mission”

HOUSTON — After starting the season 1-5 the Indianapolis Colts have gone NUTS on the NFL winning 9 out of 10 to get into the playoffs. So they had already been in playoff mode for most of the season according to Andrew Luck. Well playas…there was no question as to who was the hunter vs who was the hunted. The Colts literally drug the Texans in front of Big Momma and Man-Man nem 21-7 to advance in the playoffs. So make that 10 out of 11 games now.

The Colts got off of the bus and marched that thang right down the field to go 7 plays for 75 yards. Andrew Luck connects with Eric Ebron on a 6 yard touchdown pass to go up 7-0. They didn’t waste any time making a statement in the Lone Star State.

The Indianapolis defense forced the Texans to a three and out and immediately turned the engine back on with Andrew Luck’s foot on the gas pedal. Frank Reich went into the pockets and pulled the reverse out as Zach Pascal went 13 yards to spark the Colts offense. Marlon Mack scored on a 2-yard run to go up 14-0. They went 9 plays, 24 yards on their second possession and there was still 4:03 left to play in the first quarter!!! It was NUTS!!!!!

Just before the quarter was over the Texans went for it on fourth down and four. DeShawn Watson throws a pick to Kenny Moore II who returned it to the Houston 40. Again, Frank Reich keeps his foot on the gas as the Colts continue to be aggressive with the play calling.

As the Colts got into the Red Zone at the Texans’ 17 yard Andre Luck’s pass gets deflected by J.J. Watt and intercepted by Brandon Dunn. That saved Houston from going down 21 points early in the second quarter. That would have been a complete back breaker had they punched that one in. Well…it really didn’t matter because the Colts punched it in on the very next possession.

The Texans couldn’t do anything with it and turned it back over on a three and out. Andrew Luck and Co. walked it right back down the field to score as Luck hits Dantrelle Inman on an 18 yard touchdown pass to extend their lead to 21-0 with 6:23 left in the half.

Indianapolis was doing whatever they wanted to do to these cats. They were 5 for 5 on third down and 100 percent on beating the brakes off of them at that point.

Then Texans completely panic and as they went for the touchdown on a 4th and 1 from the Indianapolis 9 yard line with a little more than a minute left in the half. Instead of getting the first down they went for all of the marbles and loss. They walked away with absolutely nothing and going into the break down 21-0.

The Colts completely dominated the first half doubling the Texans on yards with more than three times the amount of first downs 20-6 and they had the ball 5 minutes longer than Houston. This is the NFL my friend and it’s the playoffs. Nobody recovers from a 21-0 deficit. So Big Momma and Man-Man nem pulled out the dominoes and started hitting bones right there in the stands.

It wasn’t until the10:43 mark of the third quarter that the Texans kept the Colts from converting on a third down.

Finally at the 11:03 mark of the fourth quarter DeShawn Watson finds Keke Coutee on a 6 yard touchdown pass to get on the board 21-7. At that point Man-Man put the dominoes up because it seemed for just a minute to get serious. Watson has the ability to make plays with his arm and feet so anything could happen.

For about 5 minutes the Texans actually looked like they were going to give the Colts a problem. Then the bubble burst and it was over. The Colts advance.
