Colts get TALL respect for not tryin’ to be sexy with their first round pick! “Necessary”

Everybody and their baby’s momma was waitin’ to see who the Indianapolis Colts were goin’ to draft with the sixth pick. Duns all over town held their breath when Roger Goodell walked out on the stage. I saw a couple of people pass out from holdin’ their breath too long.

He finally said it, “With the sixth pick in the NFL draft the Indianapolis Colts select, Quentin Nelson!!” Then boyz could breath. It wasn’t sexy but it was necessary! I know that everybody loves to see their team swoop the fancy running back or wide receiver.

However, the Colts have a quarterback that they can’t keep upright, or on the field for that matter, and he’s costin’ them $140 million it was extremely necessary. If they can’t protect him then it’s like drivin’ a Bugatti in the projects with the music blastin’ and leavin’ it outside of Pookie nem’s house at 3 in the mornin’ with the keys in it.

Yes, the Colts had no other choice but to take Nelson early because a dun like Andrew Luck is worth protectin’.

Now we’ll have to see what they can get with the other picks this weekend. They need everything but logical heads will take defensive players, pick one, any one. They need help everywhere. I’ll just sit in the cut and watch it all play out before I say another word.

Chris Ballard has earned my respect by takin’ an offensive guard with his first pick because he didn’t allow the hype of the draft to take him off of his mission to make his team better. Some cats try to make a splash with a sexy name or position but he stuck to his guns and got what they needed. Now let’s see if the dun can actually do what he did at Notre Dame on Sundays. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”

The caption under the photo isn’t real but its real talk!
