Well playas…after watchin’ Games 1 and 2 of the NBA Finals boyz have become as delusional as ever. All of a sudden duns are runnin’ around hollerin’ that Kevin Durant is the best player in the world. After two games bruh? He’s become the best player walkin’ around? I guess both LeBron and Kawhi just fell off of the face of the earth huh?
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! KD has been the best player in the Finals so far. He’s been magnificent to watch and he’s doin’ it all!! However, as long as LeBron is still playin’ at a high level and Kawhi is still wearin’ them tore up braids down in San Antonio, Durant isn’t the best player in the world.
Let me be clear pimpin’, Kawhi Leonard is the second best player in the NBA hands down. He’s proven that over the past two to three years and more than anything he proved it all season long this year.
Duns are actin’ like LeBron didn’t just put up a triple double the other night and like he’s retired or something. Sure, I get that KD has put in work over his career but he’s been playin’ at the same time as LeBron. I know that the dun is a former MVP (2014), an 8-time All-Star (2010-17, an All-Star MVP (2012) and he’s a 5-time First Team All-NBA (2010-2014)! But LeBron was still playin’! So even though he’s put in work he’s not better than the best. It is what it is bruh! And two games in the Finals don’t push him ahead of the dun that still holds the crown.
And I know boyz just watched Kawhi go nuts on boyz all season long too! He just went down with a bad ankle injury in the Western Conference finals. So I know that you know that these two cats are still basketball players in the NBA.
Sure, KD is ballin’ outta control right now but two games doesn’t elevate him to the best player in the world over night. Stop it! You sound crazy! He’s gotta put in that type of work for more than two games playa and LeBron and Kawhi’s gotta fall off.
Did these same cats not just see Young Russ average a freakin’ triple double for an ENTIRE NBA season? That means that he did it all on a team that was horrible!! Take him off of the Thunder and they win 10 or 15 games tops. They won 46 games with him. Y’all trippin’ hollerin’ that KD has just leap frogged all of these cats in two games. Stop me when I start lyin’!
