Aaron Rogers gets a hero’s welcome for being a liar that has no regard for public health. “Outrageous”

Aaron Rogers returned to the field on Sunday as the Green Bay Packers hosted and beat the Seattle Seahawks 17-0. What was disappointing was the hero’s welcome that he got once he took the field.

In case you’ve been under a rock for the past 10 days. Rogers has been in quarantine due to COVID after literally lying about being vaccinated back on Aug. 26. During a press conference during training camp he told reporters when asked if he’d been vaccinated that he’d been “immunized.” Misleading everyone to believe that he’d taken the shot.

So an outright liar returning to the field with a hero’s welcome is downright ignorant to me. This has nothing to do with whether he was vaccinated or not because everyone has the right to do whatever they want to do with their health. However, to lie about being vaccinated and showing up to the facility not following the protocols put in place to protect everyone else is selfish and wrong.

There are certain rules that apply to the unvaccinated players in the building that should be followed that weren’t. Therefore, the crowd that cheered him on like he was Superman were actually cheering for the breaking of rules, lying and selfishness that goes with Aaron Rogers’ character at this point.

Stop hollering that you’re an American patriot or that you love your neighbors and friends. You can’t be, if you’re willing to applaud someone that’s willing to put everyone around them in danger. That’s called having no regard to public health and no regard for others. Stop me when I start lyin’!
