You gotta respect Karl Malone for being a MAN and NOT worshipping Jordan. “Oxygen”

Here’s what blows my mind. Fully grown adults and men in particular that continue to worship another human being to the point of nausea. The Jordan Zombies are running wild and they get upset when you’re not one of them. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.

If you asked 10 people who the greatest boxer of all-time is you’d get at least 7 different answers. If you asked who the greatest quarterback of all-time you’d get at least 8 different answers. If you asked who the finest woman walking was you’d get 10 different answers and nobody would bat an eye.

However, if you ask who the greatest basketball player of all-time is and you don’t say Michael Jordan. The Zombies will rise up and swear you’re a hater. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.

Now that “The Last Dance” has aired and shown it’s 10 episodes the zombies are even worse. Jordan has now become the Loch Ness Monster or Big Foot and the further we get from his playing career the legend will continue to grow into martyr status. In another 10 years he’s going to be 6’10 290 lbs and he never missed a shot. His scoring average will go from 30.12 ppg to 50.8 ppg and according to his agent David Falk he’ll have a shooting percentage of 75 percent. Oh and most importantly, he only played 6 seasons in the NBA. the years 1984-1991 and 2001-2003 will erased from history.

Not only did Jordan beat EVERY team in the NBA but everybody that ever played against him is supposed to bow down and kiss his ring for the rest of their lives. Well…that’s what most of these media types that work in sports seem to think. All players should kiss Mike’s butt because they loss to the Bulls during their 6 runs to the championship.

An interview from back in February of 2019 with Karl Malone has now surfaced that he did with E60 on ESPN. The dun conducting the interview literally asked this fully grown man, “So when I say the name Michael Jordan, what comes to mind?” Karl Malone like a G answers, “Michael Jordan.”

He answered like a grown man with some pride about himself should answer. What was this cat looking for Malone to say? “It makes me shake in my boots that the boogie man is coming.” It’s crazy to me that people think that other players should act like fans and worship Jordan.

Karl Malone isn’t sitting there with a pair of Jordan’s on, some Hanes underwear, with the tagless undershirt, watching Space Jam and Come Fly With Me.

Malone was one of the greatest basketball players to ever lace them up. Ole boy conducting the interview started asking him about Game 6 of the Finals when Mike stole the ball from him. Malone cut right to the chase and said “why do I have to? I’m all man and I except the responsibility for not winning one and we were there.”

He goes on to say, “We just happened to be playing the Chicago Bulls. It wasn’t just Michael Jordan by the way.”

When talking to one of the Jordan Zombies the first thing out of their mouths is ‘Jordan beat so and so and so and so’ like the dun was running the 100 meters or something. He wasn’t Carl Lewis or Usain Bolt out there bruh.

The Chicago Bulls were the best team, by far, in the NBA at the time. It wasn’t just Mike because like I explained in the Hot Joint entitled “Litmus Test” earlier this week. If it were all about Mike, who was he beating when he was on bad teams. Mike didn’t sniff a Finals until 1991. He came into the league in 1984. If it were just about Mike why couldn’t he get out of the first round the first three years in the league and why was he 1-9 in the playoffs. That’s if it was all about Mike!

He was 1-9 in the playoffs without Scottie Pippen. So if we’re going to talk about who Mike beat lets talk about him prior to getting a loaded squad complete with the best 3-point shooter, the best two-way player, the best international player in the world, the best rebounder in the league and the best coach in the history of the NBA. Nobody was beating the Bulls with all of the firepower. NOBODY!!!

But back to my original point. Why do these media types and zombies act like EVERYBODY breathing oxygen is supposed to worship Michael Jordan? I’m just asking?

What was really crazy were the amount of people including media cats acting like Malone was sounding bitter. He was sounding like a grown man that isn’t about to kiss Mike’s butt. He loss to the Chicago Bulls not Michael Jordan.

Mike didn’t run out there and beat the whole team by himself. It’s asinine to think that he did and it’s even more asinine that grown men are worshipping the ground that he walks on. Respect the man yes. But worship him? It’s out right ridiculous. Stop me when I start lyin’!
