Tiger’s win at the Masters is GREAT for every golfer on the Tour! “The Trickle Down Effect”

AUGUSTA, Ga. — Everybody and their baby’s momma, Uncle LeRoy and cousin Man-Man are reppin’ Tiger Woods this morning like they grew up with this cat. Ole boy won the Masters for the fifth time surpassing Arnold Palmer. The only person with more is the great Jack Nicklaus with six.

Everywhere you looked on Sunday there was Tiger Woods running across timelines on social media. He’d won his first Master since 2005 and people were going NUTS!!! He’s now won a total of 15 major championships, second only to Nicklaus’ 18 and at 43 years old he still has a chance to surpass him in major wins.

At one point it was a forgone conclusion that he would sprint past Nicklaus but ole Tiger got distracted by the female persuasion, started cheating, took a beat down at the crib by his then wife that he tried to cover up by telling boyz that he just lost control of the ride in the drive way. Then four back surgeries later he looked like a “has been” picking up a DUI arrest looking crazy but he’s bounced all the way back. Won’t he do it?

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Boys stopped believing in him and were on to the next. Now folks are pulling hamstrings trying to jump back on the Tiger Woods bandwagon and you already know that Nike is going crazy this morning.

Let’s face it, golf needed Tiger to win a major and especially the Masters. He’s the only reason the casual fan watches golf or for that matter, the diehard golf fan too. Woods is the money maker for the sport. All of the golfers on the tour wanted Tiger to win it. Why? Because as long as Tiger’s winning they’re making more money.

TV revenues trickle down to everybody on the tour so if I were a golfer I would be cheering for Woods to win every week. In my ODB voice, “Tiger, Tiger Woods Y’all!” Stop me when I start lyin’!
