The Forum Credit Union Tipoff Classic at Southport will be like seein’ Jay-Z with Cardi B and the Migos for $25! “Talent”

The Indiana Pacers are rockin’ a new slogan on their fresh new home court that says, “We Grow Basketball here!” Well playas…they ain’t lyin’! The state of Indiana is high school basketball country and if you’re in central Indiana you can literally walk out of your front door, drive five minutes and bump into a D1 prospect. They’re like soda cans in an alley in the ghetto around this piece.

On Saturday you can show up to one gym and see enough talent to make you vomit. At Southport High School the Forum Credit Union Tipoff Classic is goin’ down! It features a six game schedule full of some of the best players in the state and country. In other words playboy, it’s gonna be Chris Brown up in that piece. “On and Poppin’!”

The games start at noon and go until the night cap jumps off at 8:30pm and it only costs a boy $15 at the door and students can get in for $5! That’s NUTS!!!!

The night cap features New Albany and Fort Wayne North Side. Well let me put it this way playa, it features Romeo Langford and Keion Brooks. Need I say more? Langford is the No.5 recruit in the NATION averagin’ 39.7 points per game in Class 4A with Kansas, Indiana and Vanderbilt holdin’ on to his every word. Ole boy has 2,197 points for his career and is lookin’ to surpass Damon Bailey’s 3,134 points for the state’s all-time leadin’ scorer.

On the other side of the court will be 6’8″ junior Keion Brooks leadin’ last year’s state runner up team from the Fort.  Ole boy has everybody and their baby’s momma chasin’ him includin’ Michigan State, Kentucky and Indiana just to name a few.

But if you wanna see that one you’ve got to get into the joint early because there may not be any room for you if you show up late. At noon Castle plays Southport just to get your juices flowin! Castle’s comin’ into the joint fresh off of a 24-win season that took them to the semi-state last year. They’ve got a junior guard named Alex Hemenway with offers from Butler, Creighton, Nebraska, Xavier just to name a few. Ole boy is averagin’ 29 points per game in the first two ball games.

Game 2 tips off at 1:40pm with Culver Academy vs. Lawrence North. Then there’s Game 3 at 3:20pm with Hamilton Southeastern vs. Center Grove. Center Grove steps into the buildin’ with 6’8″ junior Trayce Jackson-Davis that can flat out go!!! He’s the No.47 ranked kid in the NATION accordin’ to 247Sports. He already has offers from Butler, Indiana, Purdue, Iowa, Michigan State, Ohio State and darn near everybody else with a hoop team.

Eric Hunter Jr. headed to Purdue.

Then there’s the 5:00 pm tilt between McCutcheon vs Tindley, the defendin’ Class A state champs featurin’ Eric Hunter Jr. who’s goin’ to Purdue already signed and sealed just waitin’ to be delivered. He’s averagin’ 20.7 points and 8.7 rebounds to start the season and may go ham on these boyz from Lafayette today just to give the Boilermaker fans somethin’ to chew on until he gets there. Mccutcheon’s Robert Phinisee’s goin’ to Indiana.

At 6:40pm Pickerington North (Ohio) bangs it out with South Bend Riley who brings in a senior named Damezi Anderson. The 6’6″ senior has become the all-time leadin’ scorer in school history with 1,500 points. He’s got to bang up against the four-star recruit 6’7″ senior Jerome Hunter who’s the ranked No.65 in the country accordin’ to 247Sports.

You get to digest all of that before Romeo Langford and Keion Brooks takes the stage. It’s like goin’ to see Jay-z as the headliner with Lil’ Wayne, Drake, the Migos and Cardi B openin’ the joint for $25!!!! If you live anywhere near Indianapolis and you’re not at this gym today you don’t love basketball bruh. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
