Oladipo leads Pacers past Red Hot Cavs to end 13 game win streak! “Workin'”

For years when the elite teams would show up at Bankers Life Fieldhouse it was just an opportunity for the local fans to see whatever superstar was gettin’ off of the bus. However, this season boyz are showin’ up with hopes of  seein’ the superstar walk off of the floor with an “L.”

Well playas…the Cavs rolled into the joint leanin’ in a Big Body Chevy bumpin’ that DJ Khaled “All I Do Is Win” as Victor Oladipo and Co. climbed out of Big Momma’s station wagon with the wood panel doors to go toe to toe with them until they eventually knocked Cleveland off 106-102.

It was a playoff atmosphere in the buildin’ and this Pacers team put the rest of the league on notice that they aren’t just givin’ up their lunch money because a boy asked for it. You’ve got to fight tooth and nail for whatever they’ve got in their pockets and you might just lose your’s.

If the Pacers can knock off the Cavs that were on a 13 game win streak then all bets are off for them just givin’ their lunch money up just because. A win like that is huge for a young team’s confidence.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Victor Oladipo is playin’ like a beast right now and he’s puttin’ the Pacers on his back. The dun finished the night with 33 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. He put up 20 of those in the third quarter alone.

Paul who? I’ve gotta keep sayin’ that because Oladipo has made the fan base quickly forget about it’s romance with Paul George and how many of them didn’t want PG to leave last summer. After the ball game, Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue said that Oladipo was an All-Star.

When asked how he felt about Lue givin’ him such a compliment here was his answer, “Coming from someone like him who’s been around great players, played with great players and, obviously, coaching the best player we have in our league it’s an honor for him to say that. I’m not satisfied by any means and neither is this team. I’ve got to keep getting better, and this team has got to keep getting better.”

It’s amazin’ that this team has been able to have such great chemistry so early in the season with so many new faces but they have. That’s the difference in this ball club and teams of the past. The chemistry is remarkable and that definitely helps in winnin’ games. Up next, Denver on Sunday. Stop me when I start lyin’!

1) Big Body Chevy: noun – 1985-91 model Chevy Impala

2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

3) Put it where the goats can get it: verb phrase – to make it as elementary as possible. To put it at ground level so everyone can understand it.

4) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
