MILWAUKEE — The Indiana Pacers coming off of a 9-point win on Wednesday night against Chicago ran up to Milwaukee to holler at the Greek Freak and the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night. Well…they said what’s up but the Bucks just gave them what they’d pretty much given them the last time they ran into each other, a total beat down running away with a 117-98 smashing of the Blue and Gold. Giannis Antetokokounmpo put up 29 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists on them while Chris Middleton dropped off another 27.

Indiana tried to hold on to the knot at the end of the rope but the constant spurts by the Bucks kept Indiana at bay. Not to mention the fact that they didn’t shoot the ball well at all. The Pacers shot only 39 percent from the field, 38 percent from behind the arc and 70 percent from the foul line,

That’ll do it, especially when you’ve got a dun on the floor that’s 6’11” from Greece that can do everything with the basketball but cook dinner and valet park the team bus. Milwaukee was already hot that they were coming off of their first back-to-back losses of the season. So they were looking for the first cat sleeping to get back on track. With the win on Thursday night they improved to a league best 49-16.

Indiana dropped to 42-24 which is still third in the East. Nate McMillan’s squad was led by Myles Turner’s 22 points and 17 rebounds Bojan Bogdanovic dropped off 17 on his way to Big Momma’s house. Kyle O’Quinn came off of the bench to give them a solid 11 points. Up next Philly on Sunday.
