TORONTO — At the beginning of the week everybody their baby’s momma as well as their Uncle LeRoy and cousin Dufus was singing the Pacers praises because they were rolling on a 7 game winning streak. In just two days they’ve loss as many games and they shouldn’t have loss either of them. On Tuesday they fell apart down the stretch and loss to dull Cleveland 92-91. Then on the back end of a back-to-back they ran up to Toronto had a boy on the ropes bleeding from the mouth down 17 points, coughed up a lung or a grape and loss 99-96.

Victor Oladipo missed two critical free throws in the final 10 seconds against Cleveland on Tuesday and then he turned the rock over twice in the final minute on Wednesday night in Toronto. One of those was simply not getting the ball over mid-court in the allotted 8 seconds. Wheredeydodatat?

Not only did the Pacers blow a 17-point lead but they only scored 11 points in the fourth quarter!! Again, Wheredeydodatat? That’s almost unheard of for a Pacers team. An 11 point fourth quarter?

When it goes bad it goes all of the way off of the rails. They committed 20 turnovers including 11 from their starting guards. Oladipo had six and Darren Collison had 5.

Oladipo finished the night with 20 points as Bojan Bogdanovic dropped off 18. Domantas Sabonis had a solid double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds while Thad Young came through with 11.

Kawhi Leonard led all scorers with 28 and mustered 10 rebounds with 6 assists.  The homie Pascal Siakam dropped off 17 while Greg Monroe gave them 13. Fred VanFleet brought his shovel and pitched in 11 to help the Raptors get pass Indiana.

The Pacers have a day to think about what’s gone wrong in the two straight losses before they take on the Nets at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Friday.
