INDIANAPOLIS — After falling to Toronto on Sunday the Indiana Pacers redeemed themselves on Monday night with a 129-114 win. Malcolm Brogdon tossed and returned all Sunday night after only scoring 12 points in that loss.

Well playas…that lack of sleep and frustration of not playing well paid off as he led the Pacers with a career high 36 points dropping off 9 dimes and 7 rebounds. He also accounted for Indiana’s final 7 points to help them close the deal.

Here was his thoughts after the game. “I was on the phone with coach (Nate Bjorkgren) late last night, trying to figure out how to make adjustments. I was really angry after last night’s game. I was incredibly locked in today. We both love the game, we both think about the game all the time and we both hate losing. It drove me crazy until we were able to get back on the court tonight.”

Jeremy Lamb came through with a strong 22 points off of the bench. Myles Turner dropped off a solid 21 points and 10 rebounds. Domantas Sabonis only finished with 11 points because he left the game early in the first half with a bruised knee.

Despite not having the consistency of Sabonis’ solid double-double the Pacers came through with flying colors.

Both Aaron Holiday and Goga Bitadze came off of the bench with 10 points each.

Up next Indiana travels to Charlotte on Wednesday.
