Kareem Hunt failed to have a “No-Man” in his corner and now he’s unemployed! “Casualty of Foolshness”

Where I grew up the O.G.’s would always tell the young bulls, “You’ve got to know when you’ve got too much to lose and it’s time to walk away from the foolishness.” Even the young gangstas recognized when a cat that had a promising future shouldn’t be in the vicinity of foolishness well before it popped off.

So if the young and old heads can understand that with a street mentality why don’t these ball players making excessive amounts of money know that? On Friday night the Kansas City Chiefs cut Kareem Hunt after TMZ released a tape from February of him shoving and kicking a woman while duns were actually trying to keep him from getting involved in the confrontation in the first place.

The Chiefs quickly covered their butts by putting out a statement that read as follows, “Earlier this year, we were made aware of an incident involving running back Kareem Hunt. At that time, the National Football League and law enforcement initiated investigations into the issue. As part of our internal discussions with Kareem, several members of our management team spoke directly to him. Kareem was not truthful in those discussions. The video released today confirms that fact. We are releasing Kareem immediately.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! These young cats act like they aren’t growing up in the 21st century where there are cameras EVERYWHERE!!! Therefore, wherever you go and whatever you do it’s being recorded. So to lie about what happened anywhere is just down right stupid even if you think that it makes sense.  Again, in my Big Momma or Uncle LeRoy voice, “Stop doin’ dump stuff!” And that’s the edited version.

According to him and others involved in this foolishness the woman called him the N-word which set him off like Cleo. Obviously, the woman denies that she said it but in my Big Momma voice, “Who cares what she called you? You’ve got too much to lose to be out here actin’ a fool!!”

At some point, you’ve got to recognize that it’s not going to end well, and will somebody PLEASE tell me who’s in your crew that allowed you to be there arguing with this woman in the first place?  As soon as it started to get ignorant and yes it became ignorant as soon as the two of them disagreed about anything. At that point it’s time to go because you’re Kareem Hunt of the Kansas City Chiefs. Period, point blank as the old playas used to say.

Let me put it where the goats can get it. No, you’re Kareem Hunt that just led the NFL in rushing as a rookie with 1,327 yards and scored eight touchdowns to help the previously dull Kansas City make the playoffs. You’re famous now playa and you can’t be anywhere near foolishness. Not if you want to keep getting this bread but because you allowed yourself to be in the company of ignorance and you didn’t have a no-man in your corner you don’t have a job this morning.

Learning how to walk away is in the Hustler’s Handbook 101 bruh! “Never let someone take you out of your game and destroy your future.” Being called the N-word is not a license for you to lose your mind. If you’re still falling for that trick you didn’t deserve the bread you were making in the first place if they could take it away that easily.

At some point these young bulls are gonna start listening to the O.G.’s and or Big Momma but until then we’ll continue to see cats work their butts off to get to the NFL only to throw it all away over some foolishness. Stop me when I start lyin’!
