On Sunday the word jumped out of the birthday cake butt naked foamin’ at the mouth that banished NFL free agent Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance under the collective bargainin’ agreement against the dull NFL owners for collusion, accordin’ to his attorney Mark Geragos.

The filin’, which demands an arbitration hearin’ on this foolishness, says the NFL and its owners “have colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick’s leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice and his bringing awareness to peculiar institutions still undermining racial equality in the United States.”

Ole boy sent a copy of it to the NFLPA, the NFL and all 32 teams. Then he went to Twitter to let a boy know that filed the joint “only after pursuing every possible avenue with all NFL teams and their executives.”

Okay let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Let’s break this foolishness down in layman’s terms. Ole boy says that he’s not about to let you fools get away with runnin’ game on him and his career without somebody bein’ held accountable and payin’ him. What the grievance says is that all 32 owners hooked up and agreed to freeze him out of their league because he stood up for equality and social justice. He wants to call out the duns still runnin’ companies that are disregardin’ the fact that their needs to be racial equality on America.

And kudos for him bruh! He’s been professional about this situation from day one. He sat down and didn’t say a word about the protest until a boy asked him why he was sittin’. Then he eloquently told the press what he was doin’ and why. He simply stated that he was kneelin’ because he was protestin’ police brutality, racial and social injustice. He said nothin’ about disrespectin’ the flag or the military but ignorance always prevails when folks don’t want to deal with the real issues. It’s been that way since the beginnin’ of time bruh.

He didn’t act a fool or curse anybody out. He simply stated his mission and under the First Amendment of the Constitution has the right to peaceably protest. The NFL owners don’t have the right to get together and freeze him out because he stood up for police brutality, racial and social injustice.

I’m interested to see how the courts will rule on this foolishness. Big ups to Kaepernick for standin’ up for his rights as an American citizen. All of these cat love to stand up for their right to carry pistols and crazy automatic weapons  because the Second Amendment states that you have the right to bare arms. However, when it was written it didn’t have automatic weapons in mind. It was written so that people could have guns to protect their property not to kill innocent people in large numbers in public places.

Nobody has ever been killed for kneelin’ durin’ the national anthem but people die all of the time from some fool carryin’ a gun that isn’t responsible enough to have it.

I hope Kaepernick jams these owners up and gets crazy paper out of them to put these boyz on notice that you can’t just treat folks any old kind of way in 2017 America. Just because you don’t agree with something because your experience in America has been completely different than those affected by police brutality, racial and social injustice doesn’t mean that you can control the outcome. That’s why they put laws in place. To keep duns from usin’ their opinions and person biases to make policy.

If racial bias and silly opinions of how things should work in America and our right to protest were denied. We’d still be slaves buildin’ this country and workin’ for free. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
