HOUSTON — James Harden stepped in the building on Thursday night rocking the hip hugger short set looking like he was headed to a 1970’s Nair Legs commercial instead of a game. Boyz had jokes until he took his first shot of the night and then it was Chris Brown up in that piece, “On and Poppin’!”

For all of you cats scratching your heads, that means that he dunked viciously. When he came down he flexed his arms and it was game on. From that point on he was a savage out there having his way with he Lakrs finishing with a 50-point triple double.
By the time the smoke cleared he’d led the Rockets to a 126-111 win droppin’ 50 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. That’s NUTS!!! He’s only one of six players in NBA history to drop that line. This performance broke a tie with Russell Westbrook for the most 50-point triple doubles by a player in NBA history at 4. Wilt Chamberlain and Elgin Baylor had two apiece, and Kareem and Richie Guerin each had one.
So what we saw on Thursday night was a rare historical night in the NBA and Harden did it after rocking the Nair Short Set. So what does that tell us? He’s a bad man regardless of he outfits he wears. Give that man his props and keep it moving. Stop me when I start lyin’!
