Well playas…Isaiah Thomas will be sitting his butt down for the next few games as a result of two game suspension handed down by the NBA on Sunday night. Ole boy went into the stands in Philly on Saturday night to check a fan for throwing up the double middle fingers at him and saying “F— you, b—-,’ three times.
Isaiah tried to be a tough guy and walk into the stands to holler at the idiot fan which could have went south with the wrong type of cats. In my crazy Hot Joint entitled “Dead Wrong” on Sunday, I explained how he put his team, the NBA and the rest of the fans at the arena in a bad situation by stepping to the guy that was disrespectful to him. I also said that ole boy would be suspended because the league can’t afford for players to take matters into their own hands.
Thomas was defending his honor but he wasn’t thinking about how bad that situation could have gotten if he’d stepped to the wrong cats. Again, we could have been looking at Malace in the Palace Part II.
The last thing Ron Artest thought was that everybody was going to join in the fight including his teammates trying to fight their way out of the joint.
Like I said in my “video podcast” on Sunday night fans are already full of that snake oil. The fact that Thomas is only 5’9″ 185 lbs no real cats would have been intimidated by him coming their way. Sure, he probably could have beaten the brakes off of anyone in that section but that wouldn’t have stopped someone from trying him. That’s the predicament he put the league in by walking up there. That’s why he’s been suspended. Stop me when I start lyin’!
