CLEVELAND, OH — With all of the marbles pushed to the middle of the table the Golden State Warriors beat the dog snot out of the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-85 to win their third NBA title in four years. They pretty much dominated the ball game from start to finish as they swept them. The Cavs, on some real talk, shouldn’t have even gotten out of the ride.
Golden State pulled up lookin’ to snatch a boy’z sneakers, pride and whatever loose change was layin’ around. Up 3-0 they came out shootin’ like some gangstas at the Flea Market in The G. They shot 52 percent from the field and 50 percent from behind the arc in the first half makin’ it extremely difficult for Cleveland to get into a rhythm.
And on some real talk, the Cavs weren’t lookin’ to get into a rhythm. They were defeated when they tipped it off. However, they hung around in the first half and were even within strikin’ distance at the break down 61-52. Steph Curry was showin’ like my momma used to say, “his bare bottom,” as he knocked down 20 of his 37 points knockin’ down 4 three-pointers to close out the half.
Let’s keep it real or al the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Cavs had nothin’ in the tank bruh. They were ready to go on vacation and Golden State didn’t have a problem pushin’ them off of their own floor to celebrate yet again. After three quarters they had knocked down 11 three-pointers and had a boy on the ropes bleedin’ from the mouth 86-65.
The fourth quarter was a matter of formality as Golden State continued to shoot the lights out of the gym. LeBron tapped out about mid way through the fourth and we’ll talk about that on the upcomin’ Crazy Hot Joint on Saturday mornin’ playa. Tonight it’s all about the NBA Champions!!!
Like I said before, Steph finished with 37 points, 4 assists and 6 rebounds and literally got robbed of the Finals MVP Award. They gave that joint to Kevin Durant! Are you kiddin’ me? Steph balled out in this series havin’ only one off night and they gave it to Durant because he knocked down 43 in Game 3. Are you kiddin’ me? Oh well…
